Sunday Night Survival
March 12th, 2006
Stamford, CT

The Show starts with a recap of last week’s Survival where Danny Starr beats Kevin Conner for the World Title right before Zack Tyler and Mathew Hydrox make their return as the Void. Pyro goes off and Survival begins!

RR: Ladies and Gentlemen… Welcome to a very anticipated Survival… just one week after the return of The Void! Zack Tyler and Mathew Hydrox!

KK: That’s right, Ron… and a very solemn night as well… Danny Starr’s girlfriend Jenn Copelin passed away this passed Monday, and everyone here in the HWA gives its sympathy and condolenses to Jenn’s friends and family.

TB: The World Champion IS here, despite the loss… and is still set to face Kevin Hurts in the main event! Now just how focused could he possibly be tonight, Keith…

KK: There’s no way I would be in that ring tonight, but our world champion is doing it for the company he says.

RR: Well, despite his reasons, our heart goes out to Danny during this sad turn of events…

KK: Well, let’s get ready for the first match.. We have Night Stalker against a returning Dan Sawyer!

Dan Sawyer v Night Stalker
RR: Now this one is going to be good… just a week after his debut, Night Stalker was attacked by Sawyer last week… we still don’t know why!

KK: Sometimes I think people attack others just because they’re bored!

TB: Speaking of which, Here comes our competitors!!

Dan Sawyer’s music hits and a confident Deadly One walks out from the back… nothing but complete focus in his eyes, with a look of determination… like a rabid rabbit.

TB: He looks determined!

KK: Like a rabid rabbit!

RR: You guys are morons…

Night Stalker’s music hits and the crowd boos him.

RR: They do not like Night Stalker!

KK: Would you?! Look at him!

TB: I think he got cheers last week because he was up against Kevin Hurts, but now, the returning Dan Sawyer is certainly getting the bulk of the cheers.

The two stare at each other in the ring, and Sawyer begins talking trash… in the midst of the sentence makes a sudden jump in the air sending his feet right into Night Stalker’s face.

TB: Wow, Sawyer delivers a dropkick to the face of Stalker

Stalker is on the mat looking up. Sawyer delivers an elbow to the chest of Stalker, and climbs the top rope and delivers a moonsault. The Crowd goes nuts.

KK:My God! Stalker may be in a world of trouble right now

Sawyer picks up Stalker and delivers a series of chops to the chest, followed up by a neck breaker. The Stalker rolls outside to re gather himself.

TB: So far this match is one sided as Sawyer is just having his way with the Stalker and delivering move after move at will

KK: Yea but that's a veteran move right there by the Stalker to give him some time to rethink his stragedy.

TB: More like being scared to get his ass kicked if you ask me

KK; Not here, not in the HWA almost anything goes!

Sawyer jumps down to the floor and picks up Stalker and tries to swing him into the post but the Stalker reverses it sending Sawyer crashing into the ring post shoulder first. Stalker rolls Sawyer into the ring and heads up to the top turnbuckle and jumps off trying to land a flying head butt, but only gets Sawyers knees to the head

TB: My God! did you hear that KK, it sounded as the Stalkers skull just cracked he'll be lucky if he still wins this match

KK: Yea but hes a strong man I think he'll make it through

Sawyer seeing that Stalker is now busted wide open starts to deliver some shots to the head, then picks up stalker and delivers a body slam which causes the ring to shake

TB: Wow Stalker is in a lot of trouble right now and Sawyer is attacking that freshly new wound to the face

KK: Yea but that's a smart move though by Sawyer to not let up on the Stalker

Sawyer picks up Stalker and bounces him off the ropes and tries to deliver a cross body but accidentally gets the ref instead causing the ref to become knocked out

TB: Wow this match could really get interesting now that the ref is down

KK: I think this could be the real turning point of this match

Sawyer picks up Stalker and tries to deliver a suplex but Stalker reverses it and delivers a suplex of his own to Sawyer causing both men to lay on the mat.

TB: Wow what's going to happen next?

KK: I don't know but the Stalker better try to cover his man

TB: How with the ref knocked out whos going to count the 3.

Stalker starts to come to and rolls out to the ring and grabs a chair and folds it up and brings it in to the ring and as Sawyer starts to stand up delivers a skull cracking chair shot to the head of Sawyer.

TB: Wow that was some big time cheating there by the Stalker

KK: You have to pull out all the stops in the HWA if you want to win

The ref starts to come through as Stalker covers Sawyer. The ref starts to count 1....2.... kick out by Sawyer. The Crowd goes nuts as the Stalker just stands there in a blank stair cant believing that Sawyer had enough to kick out.

TB: What guts this man is showing right now. I mean how in the hell does Sawyer kick out of something like that?

KK: I don't know T. B. but damn I give him respect for that one.

Stalker starts to pick Sawyer back up but Sawyer punches Stalker in the face and follows it up with a sling shot to the turnbuckle. Sawyer picks up Stalker and sets him up for another neck breaker. Stalker just lays on the mat holding his now injured kneck.

TB: Wow how much more can Stalker take?

KK: I dont know but he might not have enough to finish this match

Sawyer picks up Stalker again and puts him into a sleep holder. Stalker is kicking and clawing his way back to the ropes. Stalker is just about ready to reach the ropes when Sawyer pulls him back into the middle of the ring.

TB: Stalker looks as if hes about ready to tap out

KK: Yea he's losing oxygen to that injured head of his

Sawyer starts to wear down the Stalker as the Stalker falls down to one knee. The Stalker suddenly gets back up to his feet again and pulls the ref to him. While the ref is distracted the

Stalker delivers a low blow to Sawyer kicking him in the groin causing Sawyer to break the hold and fall to the mat.

TB: Wow looks like the Stalker doesn't want to win this one far and square here KK

KK: Like he said he was hungry for a victory and would do anything to win.

Stalker picks up Sawyer and slaps on his signature move Hopeless dreams. Sawyer itches his way to the rope and finally grabs it causing the Stalker to have to break the hold. The Stalker breaks the hold but picks up Sawyer and takes him to the middle of the ring and slaps the move on once again. But Sawyer however returns the favor while the ref isn't looking and delivers a low blow to the Stalker.

TB: Wow what payback to the Stalker by Sawyer

KK: Hey Karma came back to bite Stalker in the ass lets see if Sawyer can cash in a victory.

Sawyer goes over and pins the Stalker. The ref starts to count. 1....2..... kickout by the Stalker and just in time as the ref was nearly half an inch of coming down for the three. Sawyer picks up the Stalker and tries to deliver a neck breaker but the Stalker reverses it and slaps on Hopeless dreams for the 3rd time in the match. Sawyer goes over to the ropes, but Stalker drags him to the middle of the ring at the last second.

TB: Oh no! Sawyer's in the middle of the ring he cant reach the ropes.

KK: This looks like the end for Sawyer I dont know if he has enough to kick out of this.

Stalker delivers more pressure on his finishing moves. Sawyer refusing to tap out survives 2 minutes before passing out to the Hopeless dreams forcing the ref to call the match do to the fact that Sawyer can no longer defend himself and awards the Stalker as the winner of the match.

Your Winner: The Night Stalker

TB: The pressure of that move was just to much for Sawyer to break out of, but refusing to tap he just simply passed out KK

KK: Yea, the Stalker was just a little too strong for Sawyer tonight, wow what a great match I can hardly wait for the rest of the card to unfold.

TB: Wow, Ron… you were quiet during this one!

RR: I’m sorry, I was just talking to a backstage official… apparently The Void’s anticipated interview is about to broadcast! I’ve just got to see this!

It's late in the evening, the moon is set high in the moist, fog ridden sky. The stars are barely showing through the milky overcast. Looking around following a long path bordered by old latern posts flickering with lit candles. Strange to think who actually walks the path lighting the candles every night. Onward up the path a waterfall rumbles into a stream as the path becomes a bridge leading overtop. Follow the bridge and a large stoned dwelling begins to crest the dark horizon. Continue to decend the bridge and the fog begins to wrap itself up the large building as if to embrace it. As the path shortens the dwelling becomes clearer when fully crested over the rolling hills. It towers overtop everything near or far and it becomes evident that this dwelling is a castle not as large as the past medieval castles but almost modernized. The doors are massive. They reach 12ft into the pillared archway and are a beautiful cherry oak. The stone looks aged almost as if the castle had been here for some time. Kristen Thomas, HWA's Backstage Analyst, reaches up to pull the rope hanging from the archway. An almost gong-like bell rings out through the surrounding area and echoes through the house. An older well dress gentleman answers.

The Gentleman. "Youuuuuuu rang?" He answers with a low creepy voice.

Kristen Thomas. "Yes, my name is Kristen Thomas with the HWA. I am here to speak with the homeowner and new member of our roster, Zack Tyler." She looks at the man with a huge smile and too giddy for her own good.

The Gentleman. In the same creepy voice, "So I assuuuuumme this will be business and not pleasure, correct?"

Kristin Thomas. "What kind of a girl do you think I am, of course it's business." With a puzzled look she enters.

The Gentleman. "Foooolllow meee."

He leads her through the massive entryway into another room which opens up into a high rise ceiling. In the back of the room are stairs with two entry points that wrap around the room. At the top of the stairs stands a man clad in a red silk robe. He doesn't seem to be a large man, but well built for his size. The most noticable feature is his ghostly white hair that slicks back with a slight wave. He gives a hard, long look at the woman who has just entered his humble abode.

The gentleman seats her in the living area onto the wrap around black leather sofa in the middle of the living area. The floor opens up abruptly, like doors to an elevator, inside out. Behind the doors in the floor is an in floor aquarium. Numerous rare aquatic fish swim amongst the extravagant coral, everything from sea horses, large eels, and gorgeous angel fish fill the beautiful aray. Kristin stands and gazes into the fantastic display.

The Gentleman. "If you need anything, Madam, I am just an echo away."

Kristin. Puzzled, "An echo?"

The Gentleman. Sternly and louder than normal, "YES!" His voice reverberates through the castle. "By the way, Madam, my name is Geldarn." He slowly meanders off.

Kristin sits there waiting and looking around till she notices the man atop the stairs just gazing down at her. He seems focused. Fixated almost not on her face or her "assets" but her neck. Almost mesmerized. She immediatly recognizes him as Zack Tyler. She gives a slight wave.

Kristin. "Hi, Zack, I have been sent here by the HWA Execs to get a few words with you on your recent attack on Conner, Starr and your big impact on your Survival Return. Still she sits on the sofa just looking over her delicious looking shoulders.

Her skin glistens under the candle lit chandelier. The strap from her blouse slides down her smooth skin. Looking down at the strap as it falls she reaches up to slide it back up. Before she can blink, a hand is placed on the strap and slides it back in place. She jumps back to a standing position, frightened and startled, before realizing it is Matthew Hydrox standing a few feet behind the sofa.

Kristin. "Mr. Hydrox, you scared me!"

Hydrox. "No need to get all frazzled, my dear, it is just I. By the way, you can call me, Matthew. It's more... Personal, he smiles a large toothy grin and hops the sofa, landing in the middle legs slightly crossed with his left ankle atop his right knee.

Kristin looks up to speak once again with Zack Tyler and realizes he's gone. All the commotion with Hydrox she was destracted and didn't notices his abrupt exit. She hears a whisper from behind her. Someone's warm breath beats down her neck and across the side of her rosy cheek into her face. A hint of cigarettes and blood. She spins around.

Kristin. "What is going....... She is interupted with a fore finger across her lips.

Zack stands there as she gazes into his eyes. She looks up with a blank stare and begins to weave back and forth, side to side, seemingly faintish. Zack blinks and she wakes up from the trance. He raises a glass of wine in front of her insisting she relax.

Tyler. "Relax. Make yourself at home. Kick off those heels and be comfortable. You mustn't get so tense. Just release yourself, I promise we... or Matthew atleast doesn't bite." He gives a slight smirk and a chuckle.

Kristin seats herself back down to the right of Hydrox. He looks at her up and down and smiles. Zack slowly walks to the large leather recliner off to her right, he almost floats as if light as a feather from one point to the next. Sitting down, he gracefully makes himself comfortable as well. He puts his hands together finger tip to finger tip and thumb to thumb.

Tyler. "So, Kristen, what is it that you and the viewers are DYING to know. What questions have you brought to the table for Matthew and I. I mean there has to be some reason you are here, correct? Or is it our dashing good looks that bring you our way. Give it to me... Just let yourself go... Give me your thoughts, your dreams, your beautiful mind."

Kristin. She looks into his eyes and begins to trance once more. Shaking off the affects she chugs her glass of wine and breaths heavily. "I see you definantly haven't lost your touch, anyways... My first question is, as it is in almost every situation out there that boggles the mind. Why? Why have you come back? Why now? Why Danny Starr and Kevin Conner? What makes this point in time any different than before? You leave abruptly and than come back, different, and with Matthew Hydrox of all people. I mean last we saw, he turned his back on you back in SFxW. You and the VoiD. What makes you believe you can trust him in the HWA?"

Hydrox leans back and crosses his hands behind his head and closes his eyes.

Tyler. "I think that was five questions all rolled into one, but it is ok, Kristen. First of all, I'll ne'er lose my touch it's a gift that will ne'er be rid of me. My new persona that I have embraced was always there but I refused to admit to it. I have come to terms with who I became a long, long time ago and I have decided to bring it to "life" so to speak. Give you all a lil' taste of what makes Zackary Scott Tyler tick. Why is such a general question so I am pleased that you have been more specific. Why have I come back? That's very simple, my dear. I have come back because I knew no one wanted me back. I knew my coming back would shake the foundation. Once the foundation begins shaking it can crumble if you are not careful. I always loved to be the one person that can bring the foundation of societies and organizations fall apart. I have no desire to bring HWA to it's knees but I do want to give it a few headaches. HWA seems to have gotten soft. They are not the hell that I once knew. When I was the EWF World Champion, I was at the top of the world and it was sweet as rain. The HWA was at the top of it's game and no one could touch it. Then it all went sour. I could not get the bad taste out of my mouth, so I rid myself of what was troubling me. And the HWA became a distant memory. Though lately I had been thinking about checking out my old stomping grounds and what do I find.... Danny Starr! Judge! Ron Royalty! Sett! All the guys that I knock left and right one day at a time. I got to thinking about how much fun it would be to do it one more time. So here ... I.... am!

As for Daniel Starr and his opponent and FORMER Heavyweight Champion Kevin Conner, they were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Matthew and I needed someone to get the point across and why not the world heavyweight title match. I am not here to contend for that title persay, but it would be a plesant benifit of good timing. I'm sure plenty of people may be upset about that, but it's the way things work around 'ere. You have to make an impact and there is not one bigger and badder that I, Zack Tyler. Daniel... I know you missed being my ring puppet. I heard you calling my name in your sleep. Dreaming of the day I came back to face you once more. For the World Title, I do not care. For Integrity and Pride, I do not care. For Piece of Mind, maybe. You seem to have weaseled your way back into the top elite once again here so I do believe the right person to meet you from across the ring would be none other than I.

Conner, you and I, we have no history that I know of. Unless you were just someone blowing by in the wind of my destructive path. I may have left you lying once before, maybe not. Either way, it is either a distance memory or a fortold future. Whether or not I have victimized you matters not now or ever. Daniel Starr is all that matters. So Danny Boy, you should feel honored. You should feel special. But do not get too excited cause you are not the twinkle in my eye, but none other than the gold around your waist. That is what I desire. In the past, I have held ever title known to HWA. The Cruiserweight in my early days, Television Title, 2-time International Champion, 2-time Tag Team Champion, and the EWF World Heavyweight Champion. It's an impressive resume, but it means nothing to me. There is one thing missing and one thing alone that matters. H... W... A... World Heavyweight Championship!

Now, onto the subject of Matthew Hydrox. Hydrox made a career out of stabbing guys in the back. It is evident that he had a nack for getting trust from everyone he came in contact with. This is not something that I have forgotten, yet something that I believe is a very interesting and unique quality. This quality can come in handy later on down the line. Though, you ask why do I think that I can trust him not to do the same once again? It is simple. We are under contract. The VoiD is no long just some random group of beggers and thieves, but it is an organization in it's own. The VoiD and it's members agree on a contract and sign the dotted line. I, myself, own the VoiD and all it's members. I do not ask them to do anything outside the parameters of their contract. They do not ask for anything outside the black and white. They sign on as a member and agree on certain details that make us both happy in turn. So therefore we are both safe from one another. Legalities are something that I have come acustom to since my last reign in the HWA. Now things are run a bit different in my world. Everything is on paper and everything has an upside and downside. Every move has a consequence and a benefit. I cover my own arse plain and simple. The wool stays far drawn from my eyes forever more. "

Kristin looks on impressed.

Kristin. "Now I heard an interesting rumor the other day, not sure if it is true or not, but were you seen at the Heavyweight Champion's girlfriends funeral? And if so, why were you there? I would figure of all people, you, Zack Tyler, would not care about Danny Starr's girlfriend."

Tyler. "You are correct, my dear. I care nothing for his girlfriend, or Danny Starr, but I show respects for the situation. I have lived the same ordeal and to some extent never fully recovered. But I push on, cause I do not let "love" deter my work. It put me on the shelf long enough as it was. No longer will it bring me to a knee. It made me stronger!"

Noticably upset, Zack shrugs off the weakened posterior. He squares away his shoulders and throws his head back then laughs. Dropping his head he looks out the top of his eyes. Matthew slides over and lies his head in Kristen's lap before throwing his feet up on the armrest. He lays his arm across his abdomen and closes his eyes once again.

Kristin. She looks puzzled over Matthew but looks back to Tyler, "Interesting words, Zack. My final question, is there anyone, anyone else that is, that you are looking forward to seeing again?"

Tyler. "My ol' chum, Judge. TCO. Ron Royalty. I have named them already. Wouldn't mind seeing Fudge one more time. But I do believe he is retired. Sett, he would definantly be someone I would not mind slapping around a few more times, but he's the boss man now, not that that ever stopped me before. But some new comers like Kevin Hurts! This bloke is running around believing he is almighty.... G.... Go... Well you know the "big guy upstairs". He wins a few matches and all of the sudden he can beat anyone he desires. I do not mean to dwell on the lil' guys but I just could not hold my tongue." He leans closer to Kristin. "Do me a favor. Tell Kevin Hurts, that when he grows up and begins to play with the big boys and not the rookie halfwits, to give me a call. The X-Treme Title is impressive and all, do not take this the wrong way, but I am a former SFxW DeathMatch Champion. I have held it twice and had it when the place closed down. So therefore never lost it the second time around. Now you can say, "Oh well he has not lost it once!" Big deal, the only guys he has faced were debut rookies. The bloke is 16-0 and you think a new comer is going to knock him off, hmph! Kevin ol' boy, do you know what a "DeathMatch" is? It is a match that brings you to the utter most depths of hell and you never come back. Myself, I have been there too many times to remember. By the time the match is over, you wish you 'ere dead! That is why it is a DeathMatch. X-tremely Dull if you ask me to be an X-Treme Champion, but to each his or her own. Movin' on!"

Zack leans back in his recliner chair.

Kristin. What can we look foward to in the future from the VoiD and yourself? Is there anything we need to look out for or will you even give us that kind of insight."

Tyler. He sits up in his chair, propping his elbows ontop his knees and cocking his head to the side. "What to look forward to? Well that's a loaded question. I assure you, everything will soon come to pass. Hydrox and I, are just the first of many. The door to the VoiD is open. Our offer is open to many and we are just waiting for the call. We were reintroduced to the ranks of the HWA with a single phone call and the ink of a pen. What to expect? What to look forward to? Zack Tyler is all you need to look forward to! I bring a lot to the table that you have ne'er seen before. But I leave you with this last bit from the mind of Zack Tyler. "

Zack turns to the front as if looking into a camera lens.

The echoes are many, but the emptiness still lingers!

You can't see it, can't touch it with your fingers!

Open your eyes all you'll see is a darkened horizon,

Breath in the aroma of fate's life forsaken.

Try your balance all you want not a chance you can avoid,

Just ready yourself To Fall into the VoiD!

Zack looks back at Kristin. He cocks his head to the otherside staring into her eyes. Matthew sits up, stands up and excuses himself from the room. Zack looks deeper into her eyes and grins. His face begins to slowly distort. His grin becomes a toothy smile. His canines elongate. Kristin gazes at him without the power to move. She just sits there in a trance. Zack blinks his eyes and she awakens once again. Kristin shakes off the affects and does a once over of Zack's face noticing a huge change in demeanor from before. He runs his tongue over his enlarged canines and emits a low growl. Kristin starts to shake and immediately stands up to run to the door where Geldarn, the butler, awaits. He opens the door just before she gets there and she slips through the door without skipping a beat and heads down the long path once again.

Kevin Hurts(c) v Jolly Roger
X-Treme Championship

TB: Now it’s time for the X-treme Championship match.

RR: That’s right Trent.

The lights in the arena dim as “Immortal” by Adema begins to play. Blue strobe lights begin to flicker as the X-treme Champion walks out from behind the curtain. Boos fills the arena as he walks down the ramp holding the X-treme title in his hand hanging down.

KK: There’s the Champ right there and look at the confidence on his face.

Hurts slides into the ring under the bottom rope and hops to his feet. He raises his title high into the air with a wide grin on his face.

RR: Now we’re waiting on the challenger, Jolly Roger.

KK: HAHAHA!

TB: Can you try to act professional?

KK: I’m sorry but every time I hear that name…HAHA!

Jolly Roger’s music plays as he makes his way out from behind the curtain. He once again has the stuffed parrot on his shoulder. The crowd doesn’t know how to react to him or his pirate attire.

KK: …HAHA!

RR: Can you try to concentrate on the match at hand?

KK: Haha…ok, ok. Ahem.

Jolly Roger climbs the stairs and walks along apron. Hurts’ attention never diverts from the pirate-dress man. Roger steps on foot between the second and top rope and leans down to go under the top to enter the ring. As he swings his body between the ropes, Hurts connects with The Truth Hurts knocking Roger back down onto the apron and rolling off to the floor.

TB: Kevin Hurts wasting no time in this match.

KK: Has the bell even rung?

The bell sounds as Hurts rolls under the ropes and joins Roger outside the ring. A glazed look is in the eyes of Jolly Roger as he lies on the ground staring up at the ceiling. Hurts picks him up and rolls him into the ring. Hurts walks around to the side of the ring and flips up the skirt of the ring and pulls out a steel chair.

TB: I wonder what he’s going to do with that?

KK: Probably use it.

TB: Sarcasm is a dying art it seems…

Hurts slides into the ring with the chair in hand. Roger is up to his knees by now but Hurts smashes the chair down across his back with a sickening thud. Hurts tosses the chair down on the mat as he taunts Roger who is lying on his stomach from the chair shot. Hurts then grabs Roger by his head and pulls him up to his feet. Hurts lines him up with the chair and kicks him in the gut. Placing his head between his legs Hurts smiles as he spouts a few more choice words to his opponent.

TB: Oh god! He’s not!

KK: He is!

Hurts flips over Roger and nails Jolly with The Freak Out onto the chair. The sound of

Roger’s head crashing into steel of the chair fills the arena as Hurts rolls him over. The ref counts the 1-2-3!

RR: And it’s over.

TB: That didn’t last that long.

KK: Hurts apparently didn’t take Roger’s attack last week very lightly.

The HWATron comes to life with an image of "Your Hero" Michael Diamond walking the halls backstage, his steps falling fast and with purpose. The fans cheer at the sight of one of the biggest fan favorites in HWA history, but are confused at the sight as they notice that he's currently in his wrestling attire.

TB: Well it's great to see Michael Diamond here but I thought that he had been given the weekend off.

KK: As did I, Trent... but as we can clearly see, he's here and, apparently, he's dressed for action.

The camera continues to follow Michael as he makes his way to a door, stopping at the base of it as he takes in a deep breath. After knocking on the wood a few times, Diamond enters, not waiting to be invited in. The cameraman shuffles in behind him, following Michael's every move as we see an image of the new HWA World Heavyweight Champion, Danny Starr, seated on a wooden bench, the World Title lying in his lap and his gaze down at it. Even with the abrupt intrusion, Danny kept his eyes solely on the glimmering gold. More cheers escape from the lips of the audience, but most are quiet in respect for Danny's recent loss.

Michael Diamond: Danny, I...

Michael stops for a moment, taking time to look over his shoulder to see that the cameraman had followed him into the locker room. Realizing that there would no privacy in this matter, Michael heaved another sigh as he stepped forward, taking a seat next to Starr.

Michael Diamond: ... look, I know I haven't really been there for you these past couple of weeks. What, with you going after the HWA World Heavyweight Championship and me having my little spout with Kevin Hurts and the NGW. And I don't just mean in the professional sense either, I know I haven't been there for you personally either. We each just sort of... you know... had our own things going on.

Danny Starr: Michael...

The name rolled off of Starr's tongue in an aggravated manner as he tilted his head to the side, glancing over at his best friend.

Danny Starr: ... what do you want?

Michael Diamond: I don't want any...

Michael paused, trying not to sound so defensive.

Michael Diamond: ... I just wanted to tell you, again, that I'm sorry about Jenn.

Danny Starr: Why?

Danny rose up from the bench, grabbing the World Title and fitting it over his shoulder. He looked away from Michael as he took a few steps into the center of the locker room area, his gaze fixating on the bare wall before him.

Danny Starr: It's not like... you killed her.

Michael lowered his head, knowing this to be true. Still, there was a part of him that felt guilty - guilty for not having taken the chance to get to know Jenn the way Danny had. Guilty for not getting a chance to see their love blossom the way it had. Guilty for not having been able to save her.

Michael Diamond: Danny, this is madness!

Michael rose up out of his seat, closing the gap between him and his friend as he stood behind him.

Michael Diamond: You just lost the love of your life, you shouldn't be doing this.

Danny Starr: Doing what...?

Danny turned back towards Diamond, the two men locking eyes once more.

Danny Starr: ... moving on with my life?

Michael Diamond: That's not what I meant. You haven't had time to grieve...

Danny scoffed at Michael's remark as he began to turn away from him but Michael reached his hand out, his fingers wrapping around the World Champions' arm and halting Starr's progress.

Michael Diamond: Listen! I know what you're trying to do and on some level, I understand why. But this isn't healthy, Danny.

Danny Starr: ... are you done?

Danny pulled his arm away from Michael's grasp as the two men continued to stare each other down.

Michael Diamond: Danny, as your friend, I'm begging you to reconsider. This match between you and Hurts tonight, it can wait. Hell, I'll gladly take your place. The fans will have Hurts/Diamond 2 and you get a chance to recover from this tragedy... everyone wins.

Danny Starr: This isn't about everyone, this is about me and what I have to do.

Danny turns away from Michael, tears welling up in his eyes.

Danny Starr: I know you're only trying to look out for me, Michael... you're a good friend. But I need to do this.

Michael lowers his head, realizing that his attempt to sway Danny's decision to reschedule his match tonight had failed.

Michael Diamond: Okay Danny, if this is what you need to do then I won't stand in your way.

Michael turned and walked over to the locker room door, opening it and standing in the doorway.

Michael Diamond: Just... be careful out there, okay? And if you need me...

Michael left the words unsaid as he shook his head and walked out of the locker room, leaving the HWA World Heavyweight Champion alone with his thoughts, and his misery.

TB: OH my god… Michael Diamond trying to convince Danny Starr to pull out of this match tonight, but it’s not happening…

RR: This could go either of 2 ways… He could be too weak to win this thing, or he’ll take out his agression on Hurts… One way to find out…

TB: Yeah, by watching it later on!

RR: I think they could have figured that out themselves…

KK: Okay you two.. None-the-less… our next match is Bigg Money of the fading New Generation of Wrestling against newcomer… and old friend of Danny Starr himself, Mark Crow… Now some of you may not know who Mark Crow is, but let me tell you… I don’t either!

TB: Well, I’m sure we’re going to find out soon enough…

Mark Crow v Bigg Money

RR- This will be a great match I’m telling you Trent

TB- Yeah I know

[Both men, who made their entrances during the Michael Diamond segment, are in the ring in their respected corners. They meet in the middle at a grapple Bigg Money hits Crow with a knee right to the gut. Mark crow looks up and begins to punch with extreme force, nailing him in the face every time. Money is bleeding from his left eye and nose.]

RR- I knew Crow was psychotic, but DAMN!!

TB- I know, it seems nothing phases this guy.

[Crow lifts up Money over his head for a gorilla press slam. Then he runs, hit’s the ropes and then hits Money with an elbow drop.]

TB- This doesn’t look good at all

[Crow is showing off to the crowed, when money gets up and meets him with a kick right to the face.]

RR- He’ll feel that tomorrow…

[Crow falls to the floor and Biggs starts talking shit to his face when Crow is on the ground so he grabs Moneys neck and begins to choke him until he can get to his feet. He starts punching Biggs again and then gives him a suplex. He then lifts him up onto the top rope for a top-rope piledriver otherwise known as the Crow-Baw.]

TB- HOLY SHIT!!

KK: He’s dead…

RR: That was… un-believable. Crow just devastated Bigg Money!

[Crow covers him]

*1..2..3!!*

KK: And there goes the New Generation of Wrestling…

RR: I’ll show you tonight!

Brint Halligan v Pocket Change

“Back then” by Mike Jones plays and Pocket change comes out to several boos from the crowd. He slides into the ring and waits for his opponent. Brint’s music plays but no one shows. It plays again and still no one shows.

TB: What’s going on?

KK: I don’t know. Maybe he has stage fright?

Pocket Change just shakes his head and climbs out of the ring and makes his way to the back to prepare for his next match.

TB: I guess Brint was a no-show tonight.

KK: And it appears Change has decided that waiting for him is a waste of time since he’s making his way back to the back.

Ron Royalty + The Chosen One v Pocket Change + C4
HWA Tag Team Championship Titles

TB: And now we come to the Tag Team Titles match.

KK: President Sett decided to bring them back last week in an attempt to keep all HWA gold out of the hands of the NGW.

TB: And what better people than Ron Royalty and TCO to do it?

“I Predict a Riot” by Kaiser Chiefs plays as Ron Royalty makes his way out to the ring. The fans erupt in cheer for the as he appears from behind the curtain. He pauses for a moment as he soaks in the excitement and positive energy. He continues down the ramp, slapping hands with a few fans as he climbs into the ring.

TB: A tremendous ovation for Ron there. Obviously the fans have a lot of respect for him.

Ron’s music is cut off and quickly replaced with “Slowburn” by Revelation Theory. Once again the fans breakout in cheers as TCO steps out to the top of the ramp. He makes his way down the ramp looking out into the fans, admiring the view. TCO climbs into the ring and joins his tag team partner, Ron Royalty.

TB: It’s going to difficult for C4 and Pocket Change to defeat these two.

KK: What happened to being unbiased?

“Back then” by Mike Jones plays and Pocket Change emerges from the back to a wave of boos. Pocket Change just laughs it off, the boos having no affect on him. He reaches the bottom of the ramp and stands there waiting for his tag partner. He looks up into the ring and stares directly at Ron. Pocket Change and Ron exchange a few words before C4 comes out.

KK: Looks like they still hate each other.

TB: I can understand why Ron still harbors some anger against the man that beat him at Pride.

The stage erupts with fire and explosion quickly followed by “I got 10 friends and a crowbar that says you ain’t gonna do jack" by Underoath. C4 emerges from the back and walks straight down the ramp. He looks over at Pocket Change and they both nod at the same time and slide into the ring. They both pop straight up and get ready for the battle at hand.

TB: Here we go Keith! It’s time to find out who the new Tag Team Champions are!

Pocket Change and TCO both go over to their own corners leaving C4 and Ron to kick off the match. The ref signals for the bell and the match is underway. C4 and Ron lock up but C4 just merely pushes him away showing his strength. Ron takes a moment to figure out a way to take down the big man.

KK: Looks like Royalty is having a bit trouble with C4 here.

TB: I agree. How is he going to be able to take him down?

C4, tired of waiting for Ron, charges and attempts a clothesline. Ron side steps it and Hits a drop toe hold on C4, bringing him down to the mat. Ron leaps over C4 and locks in a front headlock on him. C4 grunts as Ron applies more pressure to his skull in an attempt to subdue him.

TB: Looks like Ron is holding his own against C4!

KK: Yeah, but for how long?

Ron leads him over to his corner and makes the tag to TCO. TCO enters the ring and delivers a few hard kicks to the ribs of C4. Ron lets go of the headlock and steps out onto the apron as TCO takes over the match.

TB: And a tag to TCO. That’s the best way to win the match, keep each other rested.

TCO lands a few rights into the face of C4 before irish whipping him into a corner. TCO quickly follows him in and smashes the big man with a clothesline causing him to stagger out of the corner. TCO lifts up C4 and slams him back down in a spinebuster that shakes the ring.

TB: What a vicious spinebuster by TCO. He picked up all 347 pounds of C4 and brought him down hard to the mat.

KK: And now he’s making the cover!

TCO hooks C4’s leg and makes the cover. 1-2-th…NO! Pocket Change comes crashing down on top TCO breaking the pin. Ron comes running in and grabs Change from behind and lifts him up and over with a german suplex that brings Change down hard on the back of his neck. Ron stomps him and shoves him out of the ring and follows him to the floor.

KK: And an all out brawl has broken out between the four men.

TB: TCO and C4 in the ring and Ron and Pocket Change outside.

TCO and C4 exchange fists before TCO finally breaks away and fires hard right after hard right uninterrupted into the face of C4 causing to stagger back with every hit. The ref gives TCO a warning about the closed fists. Ron has Pocket Change held straight up in the air in a vertical suplex and brings him crashing hard into the thin mat surrounding the ring. Pocket Change arches his back in pain as Royalty picks himself up off the ground.

TB: TCO and Royalty are dominating this match! Absolutely dominating!

TCO kicks C4 in the stomach and plants him hard with Tha Aftermath. Ron slides into the ring and stands by the ropes waiting for Pocket Change as TCO makes the cover over C4. 1-2-3!

TB: Ron and TCO did it! They are the NEW Tag Team Champions!

KK: Calm down Trent! It’s not like they won at the Olympics.

Danny Starr v Kevin Hurts
Non Title

Kevin Hurt’s Music hits and the crowd begins booing him as he walks down the ramp. He slides into the ring and flashes from camera’s can be seen in an array of light. He taunts the crowd as his music fades…

TB: This match IS non-title!

RR: That is correct, can’t help but wonder if Hurts agrees with that…

Fixxxer by Metallica hits and after 30 seconds of delay, Danny Starr comes out from the back, walking slowly with his head down.

TB: Oh, he doesn’t look into this at all…

KK: Yeah, I think Danny should have taken off for a week or so…

RR: Michael did try to convince him!

Just then a backstage official runs out behind Danny Starr with the world title in his hand, getting Danny’s attention. He hands him the belt and returns to the back of the arena.

RR: Danny forgot his belt??

KK: Wow… he is completely out of it!

Starr slowly rolls into the ring and stands up in the corner of the ring…Danny Starr is standing in the corner staring ahead into the crowd, with his back to Hurts...

RR: Wow, Danny really shouldn't be trying to do this tonight...

TB: He's completely distraught...

Kevin Hurts walks up behind Starr and pulls him around by the shoulder, but Danny Starr twists and just stares at Hurts. Hurts shakes his head and punches Starr back into the turnbuckle... more rights, and more... Danny Starr continues to just sit in the corner.

TB: This is completely one-sided... Danny Starr isn't even here...

RR: Come on, Danny! Fight back!

Hurts backs away from Starr, and lands a kick right into 'The Sensation's’ midsection, doubling him over... Hurts grabs his head and levels him with a DDT.

RR: What a vicious DDT! Starr is just laying there!

Hurts looks down at Starr, confused as to why he isn't trying to fight back... then pulls Danny to his feet and hits him with another kick. Danny Starr falls back before Hurts can even make a move... Starr is now sitting on his butt, staring up at Hurts...

TB: What is wrong with him? He's like a rag doll... not even trying...

KK: Starr is literally pathetic...

RR: I'm very surprised he's here to begin with... well everyone knows about the tragic loss of his girlfriend this past week.

Hurts slaps Starr across the face... yelling "COME ON!" but nothing motivates Starr... another slap to Starr... still nothing... Hurts does it again but Starr grabs Hurt's arm before it can touch his face.

TB: Here we go! Now Starr's waking up!

RR: Maybe Starr isn't completely out of it...

Still holding Hurt's arm... Starr sends a fist into Hurt's midsection, climbs to his feet and bounces off of the ropes.

KK: A little momentum being built by Starr... and... NO...

As Starr returns, Kevin Hurts nails him with a Truth Hurts right to 'the Sensation's jaw... Danny falls hard and Hurts makes the effortless cover. 1...2...3)

RR: And it's over... My god, Starr showed no effort what-so-ever...

KK: This isn't like Danny Starr...

TB: I don't blame Hurts though, Danny could have decided not to show up, but he did anyway... and it cost him a match. Kevin Hurts now has a win over Danny Starr...

RR: Wait, there’s Michael Diamond!

Michael Diamond runs out passing Hurts as he looks back in concern… Michael climbs in the ring where Danny lays and kneels down to his aid. After a minute or so, Diamond helps Danny Starr to his feet and begin helping him to the back.

RR: Now that’s a good friend… Danny was out of it tonight…

TB: Can you blame him?

KK: Tonight was certainly an interesting night, and stay tuned next week… for more HWA Survival! Thanks for tuning in, goodnight everyone!
