The show opens as the opening SNS pyro goes off, we see signs in the crowd such as “Diamond is my HERO” “Starr=Next World Champ” “NGW=New Generation of WHACK”
KK: Welcome fans to a jammed packed Survival.
RR: The lights are on, the ring is set, let’s get ready, shall we Keith?”
KK: Our first match is to keep their job in the HWA!
“Jump Around” by House Of Pain plays and the crowd turns to boos, but not heavy ones. Clover walks down to the ring and gets in and starts to stretch out.
RR: Clover doesn’t look to be very enthused.
KK: Are Irish people ever happy?
RR: I can honestly tell you, I don’t know.
“Closer” by NIN plays and the crowd turns from minor boos, to major boos as the NGW member makes his way to the ring.
KK: The NGW is very well liked, and can’t be happy that Bigg Money’s job is on the line tonight!
RR: You’re right Keith, you got to men fighting for one job, should be a hell of a battle!
Bigg Money is in the ring and the bell rings. The two men meet in the middle, Clover bounces off the ropes but Bigg Money catches him and hits hard spine buster.
KK: A HUGE spine buster there, maybe you were wrong about the battle.
RR: I might have been.
BM picks up Clover, and sets him up and nails the Front Loader(Pump Handle Slam)
RR: The Front Louder on Clover, and I think we’re about to say good-bye to Mr. Clover.
BM goes up top and then leaps off with the Money Shot, he then places a finger on Clover’s chest and the ref counts 1, 2, 3!
KK: Bigg Money has a job, Shawn Clover on the other hand, does NOT!
“Not Listening” by Papa Roach hits and a huge amount of boos arise from the crowd, as the HWA World Heavyweight Champion comes out with the title and a cocky smile. He gets to the ring and steps in, he shakes Bigg Moneys hand and spits on Clover, Conner gets a microphone and the crowd is booing.
KK: What is Conner doing out here?
KC: Get this Irish piece of trash out of my ring. I told you when you first came in here Clover, there is only one Irish Icon in the HWA and that’s the HWA World Heavyweight Champion, “The Celtic Warrior” Kevin Conner. So now, to attend to real business. Just a couple of weeks from now, I defend my HWA World heavyweight Champion against a has been, many of you “love” known as Danny Starr.
The crowd pops for Danny Starr’s name, and a small Starr chant comes out. Conner smirks and ignores the fans
KC: You see at Pride, when I beat Danny Starr, I am going to beat him in a New Generation Match. Something like the HWA has NEVER seen before. And most likely, will never see again. This is straight off the mind of “The Celtic Warrior” Kevin Conner. Let me first tell you that this match isn’t going to be in this ring right here. A second ring is going to be built. Now the canvas you see right here will not be there, instead there will be an inch thick piece of glass in its place. Now I’m not done, because there will still be three ropes, but the top rope will be a normal rope, but the bottom two ropes will be BARBED WIRE. Now above the ring will be the long awaited re-appearing of the Celtic Cross, where this very HWA World Heavyweight Championship Belt will hang, and the first man to get it, will be the winner. Oh yes, there’s one more thing. There will be a ramp connecting from the back to the New Generation Ring, because the floor outside the ring, is a half foot of millions of thumb tacs! So Danny, you set yourself up for this, and you just made your own grave, and at Pride Danny, you will lay in it. And I, will take the Sensation, or what’s left of it, out of Danny Starr, and you all, already know why, because THAT’S JUST THE WAY I AM!
KK: They are going to kill themselves Ron! Have you ever seen anything like what he just said?
RR: Can’t say I have, its going to be brutal.
KK: And hard to call, you can bet their wont be wrist locks and snap mares
Conner leaves the ring with Bigg Money as the crowd boos.
KK: Now we got out first Gauntlet Qualifying Match, between Pocket Change, and someone!
RR: I’ve been wondering all day who’s going to step in the ring with Pocket Change.
“Back Them” By Mike Jones plays and the crowd turns to a huge amount of boos as Pocket Change makes his way down to the ring. He gets in and stretches out, waiting for his opponent. But no music or anything seems to be happening.
RR: Who’s coming out? I mean we got a show and a time frame, does this man know this?
KK: I don’t know, wait I’m getting word that his opponent is supposed to be… BEAR!
RR: Well where is he?
The Ref is talking Pocket Change and Change gets out of the ring and grabs a microphone he then heads towards the announcers booth.
PC: Where the fuck is my opponent! Keith don’t give me that look just because we took out your gay lover! Come on Ron, who got scared and left the arena?
KK: Hold your composure, Ron.
RR: It was Bear!
PC: Bear? You mean Grizzly Adams? That’s laughable. His ass couldn’t even show up. I guess a lot of people around here don’t have any balls! Trent doesn’t have balls, Keith doesn’t have balls and Ron if you think you got any balls prove me wrong!
Change then slaps Ron across the face knocking his head set off, Ron stands up but Keith is struggling to hold him back! Change is laughing and then walks in the ring and grabs the steal chair.
PC: Hey Ron, one more thing, YOU CANT CHANGE THIS!
Change drops the microphone and starts to exit the ring when Ron then grabs a microphone.
RR: HEY! HEY CHANGE! You want to say that I don’t have any balls. Well lets see what balls you have, at PRIDE. I challenge you one on one at Pride!
The crowd pops but Change just smiles and mouths “you’re on” and heads to the back and RR returns to the broadcast booth.
KK: Are you sure you want to do that?
RR: I’m sure!
“November Rain” hits and the crowd gets loud and cheers for Judge as the seven foot man makes his way to the ring.
KK: Judge, coming back from Jim Rome Is Burning on ESPN. And what an appearance it was.
They show a clip from Judge on Rome In Burning. “Immortal” By Adema plays and the sudden cheers go to drastic boos as Hurts comes out carrying both the International Title and The X-Treme Title.
KK: Hurts has a bye this week from defending his HWA X-Treme Title. You don’t seem to be saying much, partner?
RR: I know, maybe if you let me.
The two get in the ring and the bell rings, they lock up but Judge uses his power and then backs up and tosses Hurts over the top out to the floor and the fans cheer.
RR: Judge really using his strength there.
KK: I don’t know how fair this is, Judge can step on the middle rope and grab the sledgehammer while Hurts would need to go to the top.
RR: It’s fair enough, the NGW is just a bunch of punks.
KK: Remember we have to be unbiased.
RR: Yeah, Yeah.
Hurts gets on the apron and Judge grabs him Hurts pokes him in his eye and drops him down with a hangman over the top rope. Judge stumbles back and turns around only to met with a springboard dropkick, but Hurts et up quickly and Judge doesn’t fall down. Hurts bounces off hit’s a drop kick to the right knee, sending the big man on one leg, then again one right to the face as the big man falls against the ropes and get back up.
KK: What does Hurts have to do to get Judge down?
RR: A lot more then that!
Hurts goes to the top and flies off with a cross body but Judge catches him and smiles, he twists his body going for the catatonic but Hurts reverses it into a DDT. Hurts then beings to the climb up the top rope to reach the sledgehammer. But Judge gets up and then power bombs him down to the mat.
KK: Judge not letting Hurts get the sledgehammer.
RR: Not letting Hurts do much in this match.
Judge then picks up Hurts and tosses him in the corner, and hit’s a series of knees and elbows, then tosses him across into the other turnbuckle and turns with a hard close line and Hurts falls to the mat.
KK: This match is going Judge’s way, slow and methodical.
Judge picks up Hurts and grabs him by the neck and hit’s a chock slam. Judge then begins and gets on the first rope.
RR: This big man not used to climbing the turnbuckle.
Hurts gets up but hit’s a low blow and then does nails Judge on the back sending him out of the ring. Hurts then runs to the other side and comes back and hits Freakin’ Insane! Taking out both Judge and a cameraman.
KK: Hurts just took out one of our cameraman..
RR: He’s getting some workers comp.
Hurts gets up and goes back in the ring, and Judge follows. Hurts puts the boots to Judge but Judge pushes him off. Judge is up and Hurts bounces off the ropes and gets caught and hit with a sidewalk slam. Judge then gets up slowly and goes to the pole.
KK: Judge getting the sledgehammer, remember you have to get and use it!
Judge climbs and reaches for it, Hurts slowly getting up. Judge then has his finger tips on it but Hurts does jumps on the second rope and Judge grabs the sledgehammer and then leans back and hit’s a HUGE German suplex, the sledgehammer, Judge, and Hurts are all down on the mat the crowd chants HOLY SHIT.
RR: Hurts with a desperation move!
KK: The sledgehammer is down, whomever picks up and uses it will win.
Both are getting up at the same time. Judge gets up using the sledgehammer. He swings at Hurts but ducks, Judge turns around but gets hit with a super kick and falls to the ground letting go of the sledgehammer.
KK: Judge almost one, but Hurts quickness prevailed.
Hurts go over and grabs the sledgehammer, Judge is sprawled out. Hurts goes to the second rope and holds the sledgehammer, he leaps off to drive the sledgehammer in the face of Judge, but Judge puts a boot up and the sledgehammer and Hurts goes outside.
RR; Judge got the boots up and now slowly getting up himself.
Judge then reaches outside to grab Kevin’s hair, but Hurts still holding the sledgehammer smacks Judge in the head with it and the bell rings and Judge falls down bleeding instantly.
KK: Judge most of forgot he still had the sledgehammer in his hand.
With “Immortal” playing Hurts goes to the back and Judge is helped shortly after.
“Reconnect” by Sevendust plays and Dylan comes out to cheers, He slaps hands of some fans and gets in the ring. But the cheers are cut short by “Not Listening” by Papa Roach plays and the cheers go to loud boos. Conner comes holding his HWA World Title. He gets in the ring and with Dylan to his back to him gets smacked in the head.
KK: Dylan not looking just got blindsided!
The bell rings and Conner goes to the outside and tosses Dylan in the ring. He picks up Dylan and hit’s the Soul Searcher.
RR: Dylan is unconscious this isn’t even fair.
KK: That’s how the NGW does things, not fair.
Conner goes up top and hit’s the Leap Of Faith. Conner then calls for the Celtic Call and hits it.
RR: First the Leap Of Faith, then the Celtic Call, this one is academic.
Conner climbs the ropes and grabs the back of thumb tacs and spreads them out. He picks Dylan up kicks him in the stomach and hits the Conner Clash in the thumb tacs, and the bell sounds as “Not Listening” plays. Conner then grabs his belt and heads to the back, talking trash to the camera.
RR: What a tremendous night it has been so far as the HWA builds up to Pride but up next is our main event, in which Michael Diamond will face off against members of the NGW in a Gauntlet match.
KK: A Gauntlet match, which he asked for Ron.
RR: Earlier tonight, Kayle Thomas caught up with "Your Hero" and got some comments from him regarding a few recent developments within the HWA. Take a look!
The HWATron comes to life as we see Michael Diamond already dressed in his wrestling attire and doing a few push-ups in his locker room. The camera is close to the ground, monitoring Michael's every move as a pair of female legs obstructs the view. Michael pauses with his physical activity, casting a sidelong glance up at the woman before him. A smirk forming across his lips, Michael pushes himself up as the camera follows him to his feet, revealing Kayle Thomas to be the woman before him.
Michael Diamond: Ah Kayle, I was wondering when you'd be back for more of "Your Hero".
Kayle Thomas: I don't mean to take up much of your time Michael, I know you have a big night ahead of you. But if you'd be willing to spare a moment of your time to answer a few questions...
Michael Diamond: No problem, what's on your mind?
Kayle seemed a bit taken aback at how quickly she had received a positive response from Michael, especially considering his disinterest in interviews. None-the-less, she immediately pounced (not literally) on the opportunity before her.
Kayle Thomas: Well first off Michael, I was wondering to get your reaction on the return of "The Sensation" Danny Starr as he cashed in his receipt from Last Man Standing to challenge current World Champion, Kevin Conner, at Pride.
Michael Diamond: What's there to say Kayle? By winning LMS, Starr has the right to challenge for the title whenever and wherever he wants. So he cashes in his prize and now at Pride... it'll be Starr vs. Conner for the HWA World Championship. It should be a good match, I'm sure. But whoever comes out the victor, don't plan on holding the title for long because soon it'll be my time to reclaim that which is rightfully mine.
Kayle Thomas: Okay, well last week... you shocked us all by issuing a statement to the members of the NGW - stating that you wanted each of them in a gauntlet match. Tonight, if these members can win in their qualifying matches, you'll get just that. Tell me, why would you make such a bold challenge?
Michael Diamond: In case you didn't see it last week Kayle, my "warm-up" match against Shawn Clover lasted all of five seconds. The fact that I was even put up against such a young and inexperienced wrestler is - quite simply - unfair. In this day and age of the HWA, I AM the man to beat and people would be foolish to think otherwise. Now the NGW have run around uncontested long enough and tonight, I prepare to put each and every one of them in their place.
Kayle Thomas: Earlier this week, Kevin Hurts had some rather uncanny words for you. Any rebuttal?
Michael Diamond: First off Kayle, I'm not taking anything away from Hurts' ability as a wrestler. From what I've seen, he probably really is the next big thing here in the HWA. But it's like I said before - there are just certain things that he's done that I don't agree with. One, he aligned himself with Kevin Conner. Two, he disrespected the HWA International Championship. Now I heard what he said and, yeah, I am being reckless. I mean... who in their right mind would WANT to take on the entire NGW all at once? But don't you see, that's just it. With the exception of Judge, no one has stood toe-to-toe with the entire group. But where Judge failed, I will succeed. He is right though, I am curious to see if I "still got it". But if he thinks I'm jealous, then he's just as delusional and naïve as Kevin Conner. What would I have to be jealous of? I've done more in my HWA career then many others could've dreamed of. The only thing Hurts has done is managed to hold onto the X-Treme title, with help from the NGW mind-you, and retire the HWA International Championship.
Michael turns away from Kayle and stares straight into the camera.
Michael Diamond: Hurts, I know you're listening so pay close attention. When we meet at Pride, it will be the single biggest night of your life. For you, you will have the chance to climb the ladder of success and become an HWA Superstar. But you're going to have to go through one of the best in the business to do so. We each have similar styles, we each have the same kind of drive, and we both don't know how to quit. I'll give you your dues Kevin, because I respect you that much. But I beg you, don't make this any more personal then it has to be. Because I assure you, the last thing you want is for "Your Hero" Michael Diamond to come gunning for you and your precious X-Treme Championship.
The HWATron slowly fades to black, leaving Michael Diamond staring intensely at the camera.
KK: Some big words from "Your Hero" Michael Diamond there Ron, but we'll just have to wait and see if he can back them up here tonight in his gauntlet match against the NGW.
RR: Speaking of which, that match is next!
“Points Of Authority” By Linkin Park hits and the crowd goes absolutely nuts for “Your Hero” Michael Diamond. He comes out slapping hands of the fans, but has a serious look on his face.
KK: Our Main Event! All NGW won their matches and lets see who the first one to come down is!
“Closer” by NIN hits and Bigg Money makes his way to the ring to boos.
RR: What is this? He didn’t qualify!
KK: But Diamond asked for the NGW, and he’s part of the NGW!
RR: That’s crap.
BM gets in the ring and bell rings, Diamond does a go behind but cant lift the big man over. Money elbows Diamond in the side of the head. Diamond lets go of the waste lock and Money goes for a big boot but Diamond ducks, Money turns around and gets hit with the Diamond Cutter.
KK: DIAMOND CUTTER!
Diamond covers 1,2,3! Diamond gets as Bigg Money rolls out of the ring and Diamond is ready for man number two.
RR: Diamond makes short work of Bigg Money, lets see who number two is!
“Back Then” By Mike Jones plays but Pocket Change isn’t coming down the ramp. Instead he’s sneaks through the crowd and gets in the ring and smacks Diamond in the back. Diamond falls to his knees and gets smacked on the top of his head. Change then gloats.
KK: A smart move by Change coming from behind, and Diamond is down and in pain.
RR: A smart move my ass, Diamond should of known. This predicable so called superstar.
Change then turns his attention to Ron Royalty. They begin to exchange words
KK: Stay here and do your job, don’t worry about him!
But without Change knowing, Diamond does a school boy to Change and grabs the tights and the ref counts, 1... 2... 3!
KK: Diamond just pinned Change, with the tights, but non the less he pinned Change
RR: Serves him right!
KK: This match has gone on maybe five minutes and Diamond is half way done.
“Not Listening” by Papa Roach plays as Diamond checks his head and there’s a little blood coming down his forehead. Conner makes his way down the ramp holding thumb tacs and his HWA World Title he gets in the ring and gets in Diamonds face showing off his title.
RR: Conner does more trash talking than wrestling.
Conner then throws a right hand and drops the tacs.
KK: These two have put on some of the greatest matches in not only the HWA but in all of wrestling.
Conner throws Diamond into the ropes and goes for a close line but misses, Conner turns around and gets hit with the Diamond Cutter, Diamond counts 1...2...Conner kicks out. Diamond cant believe it. He picks up Conner and throws him in the corner. He goes for a splash but misses and Conner hit’s a super kick.
KK: A near fall and then a super kick. These men are going at it.
With Diamond down. Conner hit’s a split legged moonsalt for two count. Conner picks up Diamond tosses him in the ropes but its reversed, Conner hit’s a springboard moonsalt into a DDT and the crowd pops for the great move. Conner then goes up top and calls for the Leap Of Faith.
RR: WHAT A MOVE, but now he’s wasting too much time.
Conner jumps off with the Leap Of Faith but misses. Diamond then uses his quickness and locks in the Cutting Edge.
KK: CUTTING EDGE, CUTTING EDGE!
Conner screams in pain, but refuses to tap. He rolls Diamond on his shoulders but only for a two count and Diamond doesn’t let go and continues to rip and tear.
RR: Conner cant stay in this much longer.
Conner then rolls forward and escape the face lock and grabs Diamonds leg and just like that the Cutting Edge is reversed into the Career Killer!
KK: Career Killer! Conner got out of the Cutting Edge and turned it into the Career Killer!
RR: The blood is flowing from Diamonds forehead!
Diamond scratching and clawing to the ropes, he’s almost there, he reaches out but Conner pulls him back towards the center of the ring and arches his back even more. Diamond lets out a loud scream and pushes up, relieving some of the pain, and gets to the ropes. But Conner refuses to let go.
KK: He’s at the ropes, he has to break the hold.
RR: Conner isn’t letting go.
The ref counts one, two, three, four, five! The ref calls for the bell and Conner has been disqualified. Still not letting go the ref pulls him off. Conner grabs his HWA World Title and goes outside yelling at Diamond as “Immortal” By Adema plays and Hurts makes his way down holding both of his belts and the sledgehammer.
KK: Diamond is hurt and now he has to fight Kevin Hurts.
RR: But remember it’s the 4th of 4 members of the NGW.
Diamond barely to his feet, Conner still hasn’t left ringside. The rest of the NGW comes down to join Conner.
KK: What is this, the whole NGW is around the ring.
Hurts goes to grab Diamond but smacks his hands away and fires with rights and lefts, he bounces off the rope but Conner grabs his foot. Diamond turns his attention to Conner but Hurts hits Diamond in the back of the head with the sledgehammer. He tosses it outside.
KK: What a shot with the sledgehammer.
RR: This four on one is really getting old.
Diamond is out and Hurts picks up and calls for the freak out, Hurts hells the letters N, G, W. But before he hit’s the Freak Out, Conner gets in the ring and empties the back of thumb tacs, Conner says “Now GO!” and leaves the ring. Hurts then hit’s the Freak Out into the thumb tacs and screams in pain but quickly makes the cover, 1.…2.…3!
RR: Damnit! The NGW has beaten Diamond.
The NGW starts to attack Diamond after the match.
RR: This isn’t right!
KK: Someone needs to do something
RR: You’re right!
Royalty then takes off his head set and charges at the ring. He gets in and turns Hurts around, and punches him, then Bigg Money, then Pocket Change, but the number games is too much for Royalty and Hurts and Conner put the boots to Diamond, and Change and Money do the same to Royalty. But then before the NGW can do anymore damage Danny Starr comes running out to a huge pop and spears Conner and then rolls out of the ring.
KK: Starr takes out Conner but Ron is still being double teamed.
Then running from the back comes Sett to another big pop.
KK: OUR PRESIDENT IS GETTING PHYSICAL!
Sett then takes out Bigg Money with a couple of right hands and close line over the top. He then hit’s a big boot on Hurts. Pocket Change then turns and hits Sett, but misses. Sett gives him two rights hands, but Change drops and hit’s a low blow on Sett, but before Change can take advantage Ron comes in and kick in the gut. And those two scuffle and outside of the ring. Hurts turns his attention to Sett but before he can do to much to Sett, Diamond comes and clubs him on the back. Diamond then signals, he then tosses Hurts into Sett and Sett signals for the Journey. But before Sett can do anything a HUGE explosion goes off in the ramp way taking everyone by surprise. Sett eyes get wide as a huge man steps out with no emotion on his face. The man walks slow to the ring and Sett tosses hurts aside.
KK: OH MY GOD THAT’S C4! IS THIS WHO CONNER WAS TALKING ABOUT?
The man gets to ring and then jumps up to the apron. Diamond and Sett look in amazement on the mans size, but Hurts then super kicks Diamond and he falls to the ground and rolls out of the ring, and Hurts follows. C4 gets in the ring and gets in Sett’s face. Sett looks right in his eyes. Sett then throws a right hand but C4 still looking in Sett’s eyes grabs his fist and Sett winces in pain. C4 kicks Sett in the stomach and hit’s a double under hook Sit down power bomb. Starr, Diamond, Royalty are on the outside. And the NGW is on the other side. C4 then lifts Sett in the military position.
KK: C4 has a three hundred plus pound man above his head with ease!
He then tosses them on the ground outside. Conner, Money, Change and Hurts all get in the ring all a little sore. Conner smiles and hit’s the big mans chest.
KK: How is anyone going to stop this man! Sett is in HUGE trouble. Wait, before we go I’m getting word that C4 will return to the ring next week in a three on one handicap match. Against Harry, Larry, and Berry Sharp. Join us next week. JESUS THIS MAN IS HUGE, the NGW is to powerful now!
