The show opens, and predictably David Jackson is standing in the ring. His four masked henchmen stand menacingly around the
ring, whilst Percy Peterson, Mental Mark, and Cycho stand next to a large bell. Erin Wallace is also in the ring, looking
quite scared. She tries to leave the ring but is stopped straight away by one of the henchmen.
DJ: Welcome fans to another edition of HWA's survival! That name couldn't be more apt today, as I stand before you with a HWA
near ruins.
The fans start a 'fuck you jackson' chant, and people near ringside start throwing in debris. Jackson ignores this and
continues.
DJ: I'd like to make a ten bell salute to those fallen soldiers today, people who lask week were a victim of 'law and order'.
Thats right: Trent Brown, Keith Kincaid, Blue Thunder, Peter Octavian and yes, Jason Craven. Don't expect to see these people
in a HWA ring ever again folks. They're history.
A "we want Craven" chant starts.
DJ: Ha ha ha! Jason Craven, you'll never see him again folks. He's history. I told you already. Now, Percy, will you please
ring that bell.
Rather than tolling the bell the normal 10 slow times, Percy rings it like an alarm, constantly. A huge grin on his face. All
of 'law and order' fall about laughing. The crowd boo at the obvious disrespect.
DJ: Gentlemen I think our work here is done, what a show we had here for you tonight folks, don't forget to tune in next week
when....
He is cut off by a huge crowd cheer, all eyes on the top of the ramp way, where Blue Thunder and Ron Royalty stand. Both men
staring a hole in Jackson. The two men walk slowly down towards the ring, never taking their eyes off Jackson.
DJ: What the hell is this? Royalty, you were supposed to be kept occupied elsewhere!
Ron grabs a mike.
RR: Well guess what David, my old friend. Your little plan didn't work. Your distraction techniques only kept me busy
for so long.
DJ: Well its all too little too late for you, Ronny. See, these last couple of weeks, the ratings for this show have been off
the hook! I went to the board of directors and got them to sign a contract, giving me the authority to run the HWA for one
year! How do you like that?!
Ron looks at Blue Thunder. They nod, then jump inside the ring. Two of Jackson's guards take them on, and a fight ensues.
Jackson's guards are not easy to defeat, but nevertheless they are overcome within a minute or so. The two remaining guards
close ranks, one guards Erin Wallace, the other stands in front of Jackson. Jackson goes to send Percy, Mark and Cycho into
battle, but then thinks better of it.
DJ: Woah woah woah, wait. Ratings, i have to think ratings! I tell you what. We're gonna have a couple of matches here. Blue
Thunder versus Mental Mark, and Ron Royalty versus Percy Peterson! Yes, those should be ratings grabbers! I'll tell you what
else Ron, whoever wins that match, gets Erin Wallace. If Percy here wins, we keep her, if you win, she's free.
RR: Somewhat unfair Jackson, since i'm not an active wrestler any more, but still, i'll rise to the challenge. Percy
Peterson, I'll see you in the ring fatty! Erin, don't you worry, i'll get you out of there.
Peterson looks pissed, but Jackson manages to keep him from springing forward towards Royalty.
DJ: Well folks, looks like you got me, DJ, David Jackson on commentary once more, since Keith Kincaid has a broken neck, and Trent Brown had a heart attack! What a shame. Those two has-beens were dragging the company down anyway. So this match here, Thunder v Mark. We all know who'se gonna win this one don't we!! Come on Mark! Oh, I know, I think we'll have 5 points for the winner here, yes, 5 points for the race for the title competition! Might as well, since Mark is going to win anyway!
Mental Mark comes down to the ring, 2 of Jackson's bodyguards flanking him at either side. Cycho is also tagging along at ringside. Shortly afterwards, Blue Thunder makes his way down to ringside. No army of helpers with him, just Ron Royalty to watch his back. Ron doesn't go to ringside, but makes his way to the commentary booth instead.
DJ: Uh, Ron, what do you want?
RR: Well, apart from control of MY company back, right now, I want to kill you!!
DJ: YOu wouldn't dare, not with my guards so close.
RR: No you're right, I wouldn't kill you just now. It's more important at present that Blue Thunder gets those 5 points you just spoke about.
Jackson looks shocked, like as if this possibility hadn't even occured to him. In the meantime the ref calls for the bell and the match begins. Thunder and Mark lock up. Thunder's immense strength means he gets the upper hand quickly, and a surprised Mark ends up being launched into the turnbuckle and collapses in a heap. One of Jackson's guards lifts Mark back to his feet, and Cycho gives him a couple of slaps on the back for good luck. Thunder has a grin on his face as Mark prepares for the next exchange. Mark tries to land a couple of punches on Thunder, Thunder just shrugs them off with a shake of the head, and then clotheslines Mark to the ground.
RR: Can you feel it Jackson? Can you feel those precious points about to leave your little group?
DJ: Shut up Ron.
Just as Thunder is about to launch his next attack, Cycho distracts Thunder, and the big man misses. Mental Mark hits a neckbreaker on Thunder, who falls to the floor. Next, the two bodyguards put their boots in on Thunder.
RR: I've had just about enough of this.
Royalty throws his headset off and jumps into the ring, he starts fighting the two bodyguards. While he is doing so, Mental Mark and Cycho take over on Thunder.
DJ: Even with your help Royalty, it's STILL 4 on 2!! HA HA!
Ron lands the Royal flush on one of the guards, but the other guard takes out a lead pipe, hitting Royalty over the head. Royalty collapses. On the other side of the ring, Thunder has managed to lose the attention of Cycho, who is now outside the ring, so it's back to Thunder v Mental Mark. Mark lands a stiff kick into Thunder's midriff, and then the guard with the lead pipe comes over to help. The guard hits Thunder on the back with the pipe, but Thunder sucks it up, turns and chokeslams the guard from one side of the ring to the other. He turns his attention back to Mark, but Mark is already on the top turnbuckle. He flies off the top and catches Thunder with a Tornado DDT. Thunder's head sickeningly hits the floor. The referee counts 1-2-3 and it's over.
DJ: Well, 5 points to Mental Mark! What a win there! Royalty's permanent no DQ HWA ruling getting the better of him there. Aww, what a shame!
EW: Ladies and Gentlemen it gives David Jackson great pleasure for me to introduce the next match. First of all, please boo heavily for that English asshole, Ron Royalty.
Ron walks to the ring, he has the fan's support, contrary to what Jackson has had Erin say.
EW: And now please welcome, he's strong, he's clever, he's destined for the HWA hall of fame, it's PERCY "THE PIMP" PETERSON!!
And contrary to the big introduction, this time the fans boo heavily. Peterson is, additionally, flanked by Mental Mark, and the four Law and Order bodyguards, as is usual these days.
DJ: Time to get this match underway I think. Time to get another 5 points in the bag for Law and Order!
After a lengthy stare-down, Peterson begins his initial assault with a flurry of punches and kicks, some missing, some hitting the target. Ron Royalty takes the blows and staggers a couple of steps backward.
DJ: Ha, I knew it. Ron Royalty isn't up to this. The old bastard should've retired years ago.
But Ron manages to get in a counter, he puts Peterson into a side head lock. Peterson squirms around, trying to free himself, but Ron maintains the hold.
DJ: Side head lock by Royalty here, Peterson doesn't seem to be able to get out of it, where is Mental Mark when he's needed?
Eventually, Peterson seems to remember what he needs to do to escape the head lock, and elbows Ron twice and then a final third time in the stomach before Ron releases the hold. Peterson takes a couple of steps back and shakes his head, getting the blood flowing back properly. He looks back over at Ron, and using a defensive posture, approaches the former HWA boss. The two tangle up once more, going back to trading wrestling holds. It seems that Peterson has indeed been learning his trade well over the past few weeks, as none of Ron's moves seem to be working. Frustrated with the deadlock, Peterson leaves the ring, and starts looking around for a weapon. He sees a vacant chair where previously Mental Mark had been sitting.
DJ: Where the hell did Mark get to anyway?
Peterson picks up the chair with a smirk on his face and climbs back in the ring. Mental Mark climbs out from underneath the ring and gets up close behing Peterson. Peterson readys himself to attack Ron with the chair, but Mark grabs the chair instead and hits Peterson hard on the head.
DJ: What the hell is this?! Mental Mark what the fuck are you DOING!!!!
Hearing David Jackson's voice behind him, Mental Mark turns and flips the bird to Jackson. No sooner has he done this though, than the four masked bodyguards converge and take Mental Mark down. Ron Royalty tries to intervene and help Mark, but the numbers game get the better of him. Mental Mark is knocked out cold via a stiff kick to the skull from the biggest of them bodyguards. Two of the guards drag Mark's limp form out of the arena. The other two turn their attention to Ron Royalty, giving Percy Peterson time to pull himself together.
DJ: Now guards, NOW! Take that asshole down!
Jackson's commentary continues, becoming more and more anxious and irate. Peterson and the two guards start taking the fight to Royalty. Struggling against the numbers once more, they get the better of Ron. Blue Thunder runs down the ramp way, much to the delight of the fans. He enters the ring and helps Ron fight Peterson and the two guards.
DJ: Oh jeez, not that fat fuck Thunder again....
Thunder though is carrying injuries from his match earlier tonight, and the best he can do is take out one of the guards, before he himself succumbs to the inevitable, and gets taken out of the match. Ron fights on bravely, but Peterson gets the better of him. After a vicious chair shot, Royalty is looking done for. Peterson makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3. Just as the referee is about to raise Peterson's hand in victory, the lights dim and the crowd falls silent. We hear a commotion in the ring, and upon the lights being turned back on, one man stands alone in the centre of the ring, all others lying around his feet.
That man standing in the centre of the ring, is Danny Starr.
