The scene opens up in the carousel mall in Syracuse NY. People are walking around doing there shopping and tend to notice a wrestling ring set up in the courtyard. The mall is 7 stories tall with a central open area with four elevators in each corner. People are leaning against the railings on the floors above looking down on the ring and many more people are down on the ground floor by it as well. Trent and Keith have a table by the ringside.
TB: Well last week it was a high school gym, this week it’s a mall! But I think we’re moving up!
KK: I suppose but I want to get back to arenas, this is kind of disgraceful.
TB: But not as disgraceful as the Legacy Department has been acting lately Keith!
KK: How can you say that after what TCO did to our president last week, ramming his head into a locker.
TB: That’s our ex-president, remember it’s Grimjack versus TCO next week for HWA presidency. Anyway we have a huge tag match tonight that features the Legacy Department, the Aftermath and also another very powerful group, Diamond and Fudge not to mention their pal Dark Titan.
As if to acknowledge being mentioned, Dark Titan’s music plays off of loudspeakers as he walks out of a Finish Line store holding some bags that he made purchases and he walks through the crowd to the ring. He gets in the ring and pulls out a mic.
DT: Nothing better than buying some new kicks and then kicking someone’s ass with them. Now I’m about to teach Nomad a lesson for supporting the Legacy Department here in a minute and then a few others later tonight when I team with my boys Fudge and Diamond—
Dark Titan didn’t notice but Nomad ran in from the crowd and gave him a german suplex. Dark Titan was stunned but got up as the bell rang. Nomad went at him with punches but DT blocked, kicked Nomad in the gut and landed a huge powerbomb. DT pulled him to his feet and gave him a headbutt sending Nomad stumbling into the turnbucle. DT sets him up there and puts him on his shoulders, themn he takes him up and jumps off hitting a super reverse DVD off the top turnbuckle, Nomad’s neck becomes like an accordion. DT covers and makes an easy 3 count. DT gets up and is basking in applause from the audience and enjoys his win when suddenly “Young Grow Old” hits and out comes the Anderson followed by Rage, Brian, Sanders and Syxx.
TB: Great here comes the Legacy Department to jump Dark Titan after he beat their partner fair and square!
They get into the ring and Dark Titan prepares to fight them off. But Anderson gets a mic.
Anderson: Stand down Titan. You’ll get yours in the tag match but we don’t have any beef with you now. This concerns that piece of trash!
TB: What?
Sanders and Rage pull Nomad to his feet. Anderson gets in his face.
Anderson: Nomad, you’re a disgrace to the Legacy Department! Half the time you don’t show up for your matches, and the rest of time you get your ass kicked! You’re out of the D!
Anderson grabs Nomad and gives him the Attitude Adjuster. Dark Titan sees this and grabs Anderson and gives him a reverse DVD. The other members of the Legacy Department start to attack him but he pushes them off and slides out of the ring realizing he’s out manned. Dark Titan walks backward through the crowd smiling and yelling at the Legacy Department as Anderson is looking pissed.
TB: First they kicked Nick Fury out and now Nomad! But why did Dark Titan care about Nomad?
KK: I doubt if he did, I’m sure he just hates the Legacy Department. Because he’s jealous.
Commercial Break.
Abrianna’s music hits and the sexy diva comes out to the ring with cheers. She enters the ring and then Rage’s music hits. The crowd erupts in boos. Rage gets in and stares at Abrianna and can’t take his eyes off of her. The bell rings and the match starts. Abrianna starts with an armbar takedown.
KK: Man, I sure wish I was in there with Abrianna. I would let her win for sure.
TB: Would you shutup and call the damn match.
Abrianna picks Rage up and whips him to the ropes. Rage bounces back and gives Abrianna a clothesline. Rage picks her up and gives her a powerful suplex. Rage starts to pin. 1...2...kickout!
TB: Abrianna barely kicks out there. I don’t know if she can stay in the ring with this man.
KK: Sure she can. Look at her.
Rage picks Abrianna up over his head and Abrianna slips down and gives him a backdrop. She pins 1...2...kickout. Rage gets the shoulder up. Rage fires up and starts puching away at Abrianna. He gets her to the turnbuckle and sets her up for a frankensteiner. He hits it! Cunningham begins the count 1...2...th.
KK: Holy crap! That was a close one there Trent.
TB: You’re tellin’ me.
Rage picks Abrianna up and tries to go for the Rageplosion but Abrianna gives Rage a low blow.
KK: I bet that had to hurt.
TB: Didn’t Cunningham see that?
KK: Obviously not. Abrianna would be disqualified already.
Abrianna grabs Rage and goes for the Rageplosion. She hits it.
TB: Oh my God! Abrianna just gave Rage his own finisher!
KK: That’s what happens when you mess with Abrianna.
TB: How would you know?
KK: I just do.
Abrianna goes for the pin. 1...2...3!
TB: Abrianna picks up the victory over Rage!
KK: That’s gotta suck losing to a girl. Haha. Rage lost to a girl.
TB: Abrianna is not just any girl. She is an amazing one.
Rage gets up and he gets a mic.
Rage: Abrianna, I just want to congratulate you on a good match. Maxem is a lucky guy.
They shake hands.
Rage: Now I want to let the Legacy Department and the HWA know that I’m taking a leave of absence to figure things out because I’ve lost my son. I’m out.
Rage drops the mic and walks out.
KK: We’ll miss you man.
TB: I’ve just gotten new found respect for him after that show of good sportsmanship.
Commercial Break.
The HWATron lights up as we see the best Tag Team of 2002 walking down the halls of the mall, apparently looking for someone. They come to a halt as the camera pans over to see the biggest man in the HWA, Dark Titan, standing before them. Titan is flexing and showing off his muscles as he has kids and adults all around him. Titan is showcasing his unbelievable strength as he has multiple kids dangling from his arm while he poses.
Michael Diamond: Yo DT!
Titan turns and looks down at Diamond and Fudge, the kids still dangling from his arms as they scream in delight.
Dark Titan: Hey Michael, hey Fudge! You guys ready to go!?
DT begins to shake his arms as some of the kids lose their grip and fall to the ground like leaves falling from trees.
Fudge: Actually, we are ready to go. You, on the other hand, are staying back here.
Dark Titan: I am?
Michael Diamond: Yeah, it's kind of unfair that you are the only one to have two matches for this week's SNS and, since you had such a great match with Nomad, you should take it easy for the rest of the night.
Dark Titan: But I hardly broke a sweat with Nomad.
Fudge: We know, but we wouldn't want to separate you from your fan base now, would we?
Dark Titan stared over his shoulders at all the people that were swarming around him.
Dark Titan: Alright, if that's what you guys want...
Michael Diamond: Oh, it is. See, as much as we appreciate your help, Fudge and I have a statement to make tonight.
Fudge: That's right. Tonight, we're going to show the world, once again, why we were voted the best Tag Team of 2002 and while we'll go down as the best Tag Team of HWA History!
Dark Titan: How are you going to do that?
Michael Diamond: By eliminating each and every member in our match tonight, starting with the Legacy Department!
Michael Diamond and Fudge walked off as Dark Titan stared on in disbelief, realizing that they were six other opponents in that match and that Diamond and Fudge were planning on eliminating all of them!
”Young Grow Old” hits as Anderson, Sanders, Syxx and also Brian, Grimjack and Maxem come walking out. Brooklyn comes out too behind everyone.
KK: The Legacy Department kicked out Nomad and lost Rage but they still look as powerful as ever.
Suddenly “Sober” by Tool hits and out walks the Aftermath, TCO, Sett, Morgoth and Anubis.
TB: It’ll be interesting to see how Morgoth holds up after being in the hospital the past few weeks after getting hit by a car. Also see how he reacts to Maxem who kidnapped him in an ambulance. I think Morgoth shouldn’t be in this match, he needs to conserve his energy for his title shot next week!
They get in the ring and Grimjack and TCO get in each other’s face, and Maxem and Morgoth get in each others as well. A pushing match begins between them and suddenly a brawl starts with everyone in the ring. Cunningham tries to break them up but the match hasn’t started yet. Anderson grabs Sett and irish whips him across the ring but Sett bounces off and gives Grimjack a massive running big boot that Grimjack just didn’t expect. TCO high fives Sett. TCO doesn’t see Sanders who jumps off the turnbuckle and lands a missle drop kick sending TCO to the mat.
TB: This is chaos!
Suddenly “Superstar” by Saliva hits and Fudge and Diamond come running down the ramp with their belts which they drop before sliding in. Diamond goes after Maxem and takes him down with a swinging neckbreaker. Fudge goes to kick Anderson which Anderson blocks but Fudge goes right into an enziguri. The bell rings and Cunningham starts making the non participants leave the ring, threatening to disqualify their friends if they don’t. Then it’s down to the teams of three and in Fudge and Diamond’s case two.
TB: Here we go, I’ve been looking forward to this all week.
Sett grabs Syxx and tosses him out of the ring. Diamond and Fudge start pounding on Sanders in the corner while Anubis and Morgoth give Anderson a massive double suplex that makes the crowd go nuts on all seven floors.
KK: They’re all going after the Legacy Department!
While this is going on though Grimjack has snuck around the ring with Maxem and Brian and they jump TCO and start beating on him. They grab him and toss him into a coffee cart getting scalding hot coffee all over him and TCO is heard screaming. Morgoth sees this and rushes out of the ring to help. He starts punching at Maxem and they brawl all the way into an Old Navy Store where Morgoth throws Maxem into some jeans. Morgoth grabs a pair of jeans and starts choking Maxem with it but Grimjack and Brian rush over and throw Morgoth into a shopping cart. They wheel him back to the ring and right into some ring steps which makes a loud clunk as Morgoth flies out and hits his head on the ring apron opening up a large gash with blood.
TB: Look at the Legacy Department cheating.
Cunningham never saw any of this because he was busy dealing with everything in the ring. Anderson, Syxx and Sanders started coming back as they pooled resources against everyone else. Morgoth gets back in the ring and out of nowhere gives Syxx the Goth. Sanders attacks him but Fudge comes out of nowhere with a spear. Anderson looks around and sees he’s surrounded by Anubis, Sett, Morgoth, Diamond and Fudge. They all start jumping him as the crowd is loving it. Diamond gives Anderson a devastating Diamond Cutter. Before anyone can make a cover Grimjack is up on the ring apron yelling at everyone. But TCO comes up from behind and throws hot coffee on Grimjack’s back giving him a taste of his own medicine. Grimjack falls off the apron and TCO gives him a huge Aftermath.
KK: This is a nightmare!
TB: The Legacy Department just made too many enemies!
Diamond leaps off the turnbuckle and hits the Prizm on Syxx. He covers . . . 1 . . . 2 . . . 3!
TB: The vice president is out of there!
Sett goes to bounce off the ropes to maybe hit a running leg drop on Anderson but Brian hits him in the back with a steel chair and the ref doesn’t see. But Morgoth sees this and gets pissed and rushes out of the ring to do something but Brian runs and out of nowhere Maxem catches Morgoth and gives him the Technical Difficulties. The crowd is booing as Cunningham didn’t see this either. Meanwhile in the ring Anderson is up and he gives Fudge the Attitude Adjustor. Anubis bounces off the ropes and hits a huge flying clothesline on Sanders and immediately after Diamond hits the Prizm on Sanders. Sander’s just devastated. Brooklyn gets on the apron trying to cheer his student on but TCO pulls him off and starts arguing with his old friend. Meanwhile Anubis covers Sanders . . . 1 . . . 2 . . . 3.
TB: Bye bye Sanders! The Legacy Department is down to Anderson now!
Anderson can be heard yelling at Fudge to face him like a man, one on one. Fudge tells everyone else to back off so he can have Anderson. They lock up and Anderson overpowers Fudge with a headlock. Anderson irish whips Fudge across the ropes and Anderson goes to bounce off the opposite ropes to hit some big move but Morgoth comes in with a massive big boot on Anderson taking the big man’s head off almost. Fudge turns around to see this and Morgoth is covering Anderson . . . 1 . . . but no Fudge broke up the count!
KK: What the hell is Fudge thinking? Why would he want to help Anderson? Maybe he’s rethinking his decision to join the Legacy Department!
TB: You need a jump to conclusions mat Keith.
KK: Huh?
Fudge is up in Morgoth’s face asking him what’s the deal and Morgoth says he takes orders from no one. Sett and Anubis come over and get behind Morgoth having his back. Diamond comes over too and the crowd is cheering wildly hoping for a confrontation between all the powerful people in the ring. Suddenly Fudge throws a punch hitting Morgoth in the face stunning him, he follows it up with punches to Sett and Anubis as Fudge is very fast. Diamond hesitates but then goes to Fudge’s side and is attacking Anubis as he’s his least friend out of the three. Anubis fights back and clotheslines Diamond and they both slide out of the ring. Anubis and Diamond are lying on the ground and Maxem walks over looking to start something but TCO is there and tells him to back off. Grimjack grabs Maxem’s shoulder and pulls him aside telling him to wait. Meanwhile Morgoth and Fudge are going at it like caged dogs and Fudge slides under Morgoth’s legs, kips up and hits a drop kick sending Morgoth down. But as soon as Fudge gets up Sett is there and hits him with the Journey. Sett covers . . . 1 . . . 2 . . . 3!
TB: Fudge is out, so now it’s down to all three Aftermath members, Anderson and Diamond!
Anderson is just now getting up and he sees his chance. He grabs Sett from behind and hits the Attitude Adjuster. He covers but Morgoth breaks up the count. Morgoth takes Anderson down with a belly to belly suplex. He makes a cover but Brian grabs Anderson’s leg and puts it on the ropes. Cunningham only sees the leg on the ropes and stops counting. Morgoth is incensed and is arguing. Diamond is back in the ring and even though he doesn’t really look like he wants to he spears and unsuspecting Morgoth. Anderson gets up and walks over to Diamond, saying they should work together against the Aftermath.
KK: It’s really Diamond’s only chance to win at this point!
Diamond starts nodding his head like he’ll help Anderson. Anderson let’s his guard down and suddenly Diamond kicks him in the gut and hits the Diamond Cutter setting the crowd going nuts. Diamond covers 1 . . . 2 . . . 3!
KK: Diamond is stupid! Why did he do that! Now he’s all alone against the Aftermath. What an idiot.
TB: Diamond must hate Anderson a lot to do that.
Morgoth comes running to hit Diamond with a clothesline but Diamond ducks. Morgoth turns around and hits a DDT. Diamond covers Morgoth but Anubis is in and he goes to elbow drop Diamond to break up the count but Diamond gets off and Anubis hits Morgoth by mistake instead. Anubis is pissed and charges Diamond. Diamond runs in the opposite direction, runs up the turnbuckle, flips off backwards, grabs Anubis’s head in midair and hits a flying reverse DDT. The crowd goes nuts.
TB: What a maneuver!
”HOLY SHIT” can be heard throughout the arena. Suddenly Anderson is on the ring apron even though he’s out of the match. He’s yelling at Diamond. Diamond comes over and is yelling back. Cunningham comes over trying to get Anderson to leave. Anderson goes to punch Diamond but Diamond ducks and Anderson hits Cunningham by mistake knocking him out. Anderson goes oh well and steps over the top rope to get in but Diamond starts bouncing the ropes crotching Anderson on it. Anderson falls into the ring holding his groin as everyone is laughing. With the ref down everyone starts interfering in the match. Maxem slides in and goes after Diamond. Grimjack slides in and so does TCO and they start battling it. Fudge comes in and hits a frog splash on Anderson. Brian, Sanders and Syxx go after Anubis. Sett comes in and starts giving out chokeslams, first Brian, then Fudge, then Sanders. But then Sett turns around and walks right into the Technical Difficulties from Maxem. Morgoth is staggering across the ring after a haymaker punch from Syxx and walks right into a side kick from Diamond. Diamond, who is very tired drops down for a cover. Cunningham crawls over very groggy and makes a very slow count, Anubis sees this but is too late to stop the count with a stomp as Diamond gets the 1, 2, 3!
TB: Morgoth is gone! Morgoth is gone! But he’ll have another chance at Diamond next week!
Cunningham is yelling at everyone to get out of the ring and he knows who should be there. He makes everyone leave except for Diamond, Sett and Anubis. Sett is laying face down following his Technical Difficulties from Maxem. Anubis rushes Diamond but Diamond hits a drop toe hold. Diamond stumbles to his feet but is clotheslined from behind by Sett. Sett covers but Diamond barely kicks out.
TB: This is the greatest match I’ve ever seen!
Sett picks up Diamond and signals for the STF. But out of desperation Diamond hits a jaw dropper on Sett. Diamond uses all his energy to climb the closest turnbuckle. Anubis sees this and rushes over to stop Diamond from doing it. Diamond leaps off just before Anubis can get there and stop him and flips off hitting the Prizm on Sett. Anubis hits the turnbuckle awkwardly hurting his shoulder. Diamond covers Sett . . . 1 . . . 2 . . .3!
TB: He did it! Diamond eliminated Sett! Now it’s just down to Anubis and Diamond!
KK: I want to see Diamond get destroyed here.
TB: Diamond has gotten this far mostly on his own except for some help from Fudge.
The entire Legacy Department is still at ringside and you can tell they’re going to rush the ring at any moment. Fudge, Sett, TCO and Morgoth get between them and the ring. But the Legacy Department still has an advantage. They rush them and a brawl ensues. Anderson takes down Sett, Grimjack tackles TCO and Brian, Sanders and Syxx overpower Fudge into the crowd. Maxem gets on the ring apron but out of no where Dark Titan rushes over from in the crowd wearing new clothes he just bought and pulls Maxem down and gives him a gorilla press slam as the fans are going nuts.
TB: Great, it looks like we’re going to see a clean finish as the Legacy Department has their hands full.
Anubis and Diamond are both weary and circling each other in the ring. They lock up and Anubis irish whips Diamond but Diamond reverses it. Diamond bounces off the other ropes and goes for a spear but amazingly Anubis jumps over him.
TB: What agility from the bug man!
Diamond falls on his face hard. He gets to his feet and turns around to be hit with a massive big boot from Anubis. Anubis covers hooking the leg. Diamond tries hard to kick out. 1 . . . 2 . . . no! Diamond kicked out
TB: I can’t believe it! Anubis just almost pinned the champion by a split second.
Anubis pulls Diamond to his feet. He lifts him high above the air thinking of a brain buster but Diamond somehow wiggles out and lands on his feet. Anubis is surprised and swings wildly with a punch that misses. Diamond gets behind Anubis, hooks both arms, pulls him down, bridges and gets the shoulders down for a pin. 1 . . . 2 . . . 3! Diamond gets the pin.
KK: I hate to say it but I have to admit! That was an amazing match!
TB: I don’t think either of these men had anything left in the tank! I—
Suddenly Anderson slides into the ring and clotheslines Diamond down. The rest of the Legacy Department slide in and everyone else and people are brawling in and out of the ring. TCO and Grimjack are trading hard punches and security rushes the ring to break things up as the show goes to commercial.
Commercial.
Brian enters the building with his new buddy Chris. Brian and Chris walk through the halls and to Brian’s dressing room. Brian sets his stuff down.
Brian: Ok Chris. You stay here while I go take a piss. I need to bad. C
hris: Sure Brian.
Brian leaves the room and goes to the restroom. The camera shifts to new guy Billy Styles walking down the hall. Billy stops at Brian’s lockerroom door, knocks, and walks in.
Chris and Billy: Who are you?
Billy: Isn’t this Brian’s dressing room?
Chris: Yes it is. What business do you have with him?
Billy: Calm down little man. I just wanted to meet the guy. I haven’t met him yet.
Chris: Well, he should be back. He went to take a pee.
Billy: Why the hell are you here anyway? You aren’t in the HWA.
Chris gets in Billy’s face.
Chris: Brian invited me to come here because Grimjack may give me a job.
Billy: Boy, you best get out of my face before this gets ugly.
Chris: What are you going to do about it?
Billy hits Chris with a hard right hand and Chris falls to the ground. Styles starts to pund away at Chris and Brian walks in.
Brian: What the hell are you doing? Get the hell off of him.
Billy: Are you Brian?
Brian: Yes I am, and you best get your ass out of my dressing room before I kick your ass.
Why were you beating up on him?
Billy: He got all up in my face.
Brian: Next time I catch you anywhere around me or him, I will kick your ass. You got that?
Billy: Yeah. I got it.
Brian: Then get out!
Billy walks out and Brian helps up Chris.
Brian: Are you ok?
Chris: Yeah. I’m ok. Man I want to kick his ass so bad.
Just then Grimjack walks in.
Grim: Damn. What happened to you?
Brian: He got beat up by Billy Styles.
Grim: I see. This means that you are going to have to stand up for yourself boy. How about a match at the pay per view?
Chris: Anything to be able to kick his ass.
Grim: Thought so. Well Brian, you are up in a few minutes so you better be getting ready. Good luck Brian.
Brian: Thanks Grim.
"King Of My World" by Saliva hits as Kevin Conner, C4, and Jason Mysterio emerge from the back. Conner and Mysterio start pumping up C4 as he walks down to the ring, his first big match here in the HWA. C4 hops up onto the apron, steps into the ring, and paces back and forth, eager to get this match underway. Conner's music stops as "One Armed Scissor" by At The Drive In hits the loud speakers. The entire Legacy Department, minus Grimjack, come out from the back. C4 locks eyes with Brian Carter as Brian hoists the X-Treme high above his head while his LD members applaud his achievement. Brian then proceeds down the rampway with the LD members close behind.
TB: Well it looks like the LD is full force tonight.
Brian slides into the ring and is immediatly stomped down to the mat by C4 as Wallace Cunningham orders the bell to be rung, signaling this match underway. C4 pulls Brian up and delivers a hard knife-edge chop, sending Brian back up against the ropes. C4 then grabs ahold of Brian and irish whips him across the ring. Brian hits off the ropes as he runs back at C4 as C4 lifts Brian up into the air and drops him down with a back body drop. Brain hits the mat and stumbles to his feet as he is met with ferociuos hard rights by C4. C4 backs Brain up into the corner and continues to hammer away at him as Wallace tries to break it up but, because it is X-Treme Title match rules, there is no DQ. Knowing this, C4 continues to lay it into Brian's head until he opens a cut above Brian's left eye. Seeing the blood, C4 backs off a little as he raises both his arms up into the air, drawing a pop from the crowd as they are, apparently, impressed with this big man's power.
TB: Brian Carter has already been busted open here and things don't appear to be going his way so far.
KK: Don't worry, Brian has the LD backing him up. There's no possible way that he can lose!
C4 turns his attention back to Brian as the X-Treme Champion stumbles out of the corner and right into the big arms of C4. C4 then flips Brian over his head with a huge Belly-to-Belly Throw! C4 quickly crawls over into a cover as Wallace makes the first count of the match. One... Two... Kickout!
TB: Brian JUST managing to get the shoulder up there!
C4 pulls Brian up to his feet but Brian breaks away from C4's grasp and lays into him with hard rights. Seeing that he was hardly having any effect on the big man, Brian ran off the ropes but ran right into a dropkick from the big man!
TB: C4 hit a picture-perfect dropkick on Brian and what agility by the big man!
C4 quickly makes the cover as Wallace makes the count once more. One... Two... Kickout!
TB: And, again, Brian just able to get the shoulder up.
KK: I must say, I'm awfully impressed with C4 right now. He's much better than I gave him credit for.
C4 pulls Brian up again and delivers a stiff kick between the legs of C4.
TB: A low blow by Brian and an obvious desperation move there!
C4 keels over as Brian runs to a nearby turnbuckle and runs up the ropes. Getting to the top, Brian flips off with a moonsault but C4 managed to recover from the cheap shot and was able to catch Brian in the air. C4 held Brian on his shoulder for a couple seconds before slamming him down with a power slam!
TB: Well Brian Carter doing everything and anything to get C4 down but it's just not working here!
C4 hooks the leg as Wallace gets down and makes the count once more. One... Two...Kickout!
TB: That's the third time Carter has had to kick out in this match, I don't think he can have much energy left in him.
C4 made his way to his feet and taunted Brian on as Brian stumbled up to his feet. He then turned towards C4 who doubled him over with a stiff kick to the gut. C4 then shoved Brian's head in-between his legs as the end was near.
TB: C4 appears to be going for the Dropping Bombs here and we may have a new X-Treme Champion here!
But before C4 could powerbomb Brian down to the mat, he was met with a vicious chair shot by Anderson who had slid into the ring and rushed to the aid of his LD partner.
TB: Oh my God what a chair shot by Anderson!
C4 crumpled down to the mat as Brian slumped off to one side. Anderson glared down at the wounded C4 as Kevin Conner and Jason Mysterio slid into the ring. The two rushed Anderson and began to beat him back up against the ropes as the chair fell to the mat. Conner and Mysterio then double clotheslined Anderson over the ropes and to the outside as the LD members swarmed over to their fallen comrade, trying to help him.
TB: Conner and Mysterio coming to the aid of C4 there as the LD appear to be re-grouping on the outside.
Conner tells Mysterio something and then gets down to all fours by the ropes. Mysterio then runs off the opposite ropes, leaps up onto Conner's back, and flies over the top rope, landing on top of all of the Legacy Department members on the outside!
TB: Mysterio sacrificing life and limb to take out the entire Legacy Department there with that elevated plancha!
The crowd started a "holy shit" chant at what they had just seen as Conner, seeing all the LD members disposed of, turned his attention onto Brian Carter. Suddenly, Grimjack, the LD leader, ran out from the back. Grimjack made his way past the carnage on the outside and slid into the ring as Conner began to make his way towards Brian. Out of the corner of his eye, Conner saw movement as he turned to face his attacker but it was already too late as Grimjack locked in the Six Seconds Magic!
TB: Six Seconds Magic! Six Seconds Magic! Grimjack has the Six Seconds Magic locked in!
Grim forced Conner down to the mat as Conner began tapping out emphatically. But Grim refused to release the hold as the crowd booed Grim, not happy with his involvement in this match. Mysterio, a bit shaken up from his high flying move, turned to see Conner in trouble. Mysterio slid into the ring and headed to break up the submission move when he was met by "Mr. Showtime" Scott Sanders who took Mysterio down to the mat and locked in the Spot Light!
TB: And now Mysterio going to help Conner but he was met by Sanders and now Mysterio is locked in the Spot Light!
Mysterio, too, began to tap out as Grimjack and Sanders tortured Mysterio and Conner. Brian, having regained his bearings, crawled over to C4 and draped an arm over him as Wallace got down and made the count.
TB: C4 is still down from that chair shot and don't tell me this is how it's going to end!
KK: It's over Trent, C4 is out cold.
One... Two... Kickout!
TB: I don't believe it! C4 kicked out! C4 kicked out!
Brian stared on in disbelief as C4 suddenly kipped right back up to his feet. C4 hovered over Brian and looked down at him as Brian just stared up at him, wide-eyed in shock. C4, hearing the sound of people tapping out, turned to see his partners in trouble. But before he could rush to help them, he was swarmed by Anderson, Rage, and Syxx. C4 did his best to fight back but the trio was too much as they beat him down to the mat.
TB: And now the damn Legacy Department have inserted themselves in this match and this is a damn mugging!
Making sure that he was no longer a threat, Anderson backed off as he ordered Syxx and Rage to pull C4 up. They did as they were told as they pulled C4 to his feet. They then shoved him towards Anderson as Anderson doubled C4 over with a stiff kick to the gut. Anderson then shoved C4's head in-between his legs.
TB: Oh you've got to be kidding me! Anderson wants to go for the Attitude Adjuster on C4! C4 is about the size of Anderson here, there's NO WAY that he can lift him up in the air and powerbomb him down!
Anderson flipped C4 up onto his shoulders and did just that, powerbomb C4 down to the mat!
TB: Oh my God! Attitude Adjuster! Attitude Adjuster! "Awesome D" Anderson just gave the Attitude Adjuster to C4!
KK: Now That's Awesome!
Anderson glared down at C4 and then over at Rage and Syxx. The three men began conversing and then nodded their heads as they turned towards Brian. Brian looked up at them, still in shock as to what he had seen, first with C4 kicking out, then just kipping up to his feet like he had been playing possum, and then Anderson giving C4 the Attitude Adjuster. Syxx and Rage exited the ring as Anderson went over to Brian and began to talk to him. Brian nodded his head as if he understood while Syxx and Rage pulled a table out from underneath the ring.
TB: Now what the hell are they doing here!?
Syxx and Rage set up the table while Anderson stomped C4 out of the ring. Anderson then got out himself as he began to beat on C4 until Syxx and Rage had the table prepared. With the help of Syxx and Rage, Anderson placed C4 on the table as the three continued to beat on him, making sure that he wouldn't be going anywhere. Seeing C4 in place, Brian began to climb to the top of the turnbuckle as the crowd anxiously got to their feet, curious as to what the X-Treme Champion was planning here.
TB: Now what on earth could Brian Carter be thinking here?
KK: I have no idea Trent but I can only assume that he's going to fly here!
Brian stood nervously on the top rope as he looked to the outside of the ring where C4 was positioned on the table. Anderson, Syxx, and Rage were goading him on... telling him to take to the skies. Brian, taking a deep breath, then launched himself off the turnbuckle and came crashing down onto C4 with a shooting star press from the top rope, driving C4 and himself through the table!
TB: Oh my God! Oh my God! High Flyer! High Flyer! Brian just took C4 and himself through that table with the High Flyer!
Brian and C4 lay motionless as the crowd started up another "holy shit" chant as Anderson ordered Wallace to get out here and make the count. Wallace, realizing that he was not getting anywhere with breaking up the submission holds on Conner and Mysterio, did his job as he slid out of the ring and made the count. One... Two... Three! Wallace ordered the bell to be rung as Anderson, Syxx, and Rage helped Brian to his feet, his eyes glazed over as if he had no idea where he was. The three, grabbing his X-Treme Title belt, began to help him to his back as Sanders and Grimjack FINALLY released their submission holds.
TB: Well Brian Carter picks up the win but give a huge assist to the Legacy Department here! If you ask me, C4 just got screwed big time!
KK: Yeah, well no one was asking you Trent.
TB: Maybe not, but I assure you... this war is far from over!
The entire Legacy Department celebrate at the top of the rampway as C4 lays motionless on the outside of the ring, shards of a broken table surrounding him. Inside the ring, Conner and Mysterio are rolling around in pain, both holding their wounded shoulders.
KK: And by Miramax pictures release "View From The Top" starring Gwenyth Paltrow...In theaters March 21st...
TB: And by "Skittles" bite-sized candies...Taste the Rainbow...
KK: You know what I can't wait for, Trent?
TB: What's that, Keith?
KK: That big main event tonight with TCO and Conner. Conner's going to whip TCO's ass tonight.
TB: I wouldn't be so sure of that. TCO is well rested after a LONG layoff...
"Young Grow Old" plays over the house speakers.
KK: The Man is back in the house, Trent.
TB: Oh, great.
Anderson stomps his way out to the ring, grabs the mic, and signals the crew to cut the music.
KK: He's going to speak, Trent.
TB: You really are a simple creature, Keith.
Anderson: For weeks now, I've been torturing Fudge. Week after week, I attack him, lock him in the Attitude Lock, and week after week he taps out. Well I'm sick of waiting. I don't care if the PPV is next week. FUDGE, why don't you get out here right now and put that International Title on the line!
TB: He's challenging Fudge now!?!
KK: I wonder if Fudge has the cajones?
Fudge runs down to the ring, title belt in hand, and immediately they go at it, trading fists.
TB: I guess that's an acceptance, Keith!
KK: Holy crap! We're giving it away for free!
TB: He sends Anderson down with that one, but he's right back up.
Fudge goes for another kick, but Anderson catches the foot. Fudge mule kicks Anderson, sending him reeling back into the corner. Fudge charges into the corner, but Anderson puts a boot up in Fudge's face. Anderson whips Fudge HARD into the opposite corner. Fudge staggers out of the corner and Anderson whips Fudge into the opposite corner again. Anderson plows in with a clothesline in the corner. Anderson backs off, then goes to put the running boot in Fudge's face. Fudge moves and Anderson gets his leg caught over the top rope. Fudge then kicks Anderson low.
KK: Hey! That was a low blow!
TB: Who cares, he deserves it. He'll probably use the same move later in this match.
Anderson falls to the canvas, covering the testicles. Fudge mounts the top turnbuckle. As Anderson rises, Fudge leaps off the top rope. Anderson pulls the referee in and Fudge nails them both.
TB: The referee is down! Anderson is down! Fudge is going back to the top rope!
Fudge jumps off with the Five-Star Frog Splash
TB: 1...2...3...come on! Fudge has the match won.
KK: No ref, no pin. Match goes on.
TB: This has been pretty entertaining for a match we didn't even know we were going to have tonight.
Suddenly, Rage runs down to the ring. Fudge sees him coming and meets him as he enters. Fudge kicks Rage down and out of the ring. Sanders tries to come down, but Fudge hits a stiff kick as Sanders climbed up on the apron. Fudge turns around and Anderson runs him over like a truck with a big boot.
TB: Aw, come on. Does Anderson really need all this help.
KK: I think he's setting up for the Attitude Adjuster, Trent.
Anderson positions Fudge for the Attitude Adjuster. He raises his arms, and then hits Fudge with a massive powerbomb. Anderson then grabs Fudge's feet and locks in the Attitude Lock. Fudge squirms, but even if he did tap out, the referee is still down. Fudge finally reaches the ropes, and practically climbs them to break the hold. Anderson pulls Fudge back into the middle and tries to apply the hold again. Fudge fights away. Anderson stomps away on Fudge. Anderson pulls Fudge to his feet and whips him into the corner. Anderson charges but Fudge moves. Anderson is staggered! FUDGE U! FUDGE U! Fudge pulls Anderson into the middle of the ring.
KK: He's not going to...
Fudge locks on the Attitude Lock.
TB: ANDERSON'S TAPPING LIKE A DRUNK MAN!
The referee miraculously revives on cue and calls for the bell.
TB: Fudge retains in this impromptu match! He made Anderson tap out! He'll have to make him quit next Sunday!
KK: What a travesty!
Fudge is awarded the International title belt and he walks up the ramp. Anderson is limping in the ring and is mega-pissed. Fudge just taunts him as he leaves.
The scene goes to outside the mall by the parking lot where Nick Fury is seen smoking a cigarette. Suddenly Ryan Maxem appears out of no where and smacks Fury in the head with a baseball bat. Fury goes down hard. Maxem picks him up and drags him to a dumpster a tosses him in.
Maxem: That’s what you get for attacking me last week! And for the record, I created Fists of Fury!
Maxem walks away.
The HWATron comes to life as we see Abrianna admiring herself in front of a mirror, her hair and body glistened with water as it appears that she has just got done taking a shower. She has a towel wrapped tightly around her body as she begins to comb her wet hair. A knock sounds from her door.
Abrianna: Come on in Ryan!
Abrianna continues combing her hair as the sound of a door opening sounds. Looking into the mirror, Abrianna sees something which causes her to freeze in her tracks as she puts down the comb and turns around to face her visitor.
Abrianna: What the hell are you doing here?
The camera pans over as we see "Your Hero" Michael Diamond standing before her, a smirk on his face. The crowd cheers loudly upon seeing him as he is, no doubt, the most popular superstar in the HWA.
Michael Diamond: Hello Abrianna, it's nice to see you again.
Abrianna: What do you want Diamond?
Diamond moved in closer towards her as she backed up a step, trying to keep her distance from him. Seeing this reaction, Diamond stopped in his tracks as he held up his hands.
Michael Diamond: I'm not going to hurt you Abrianna, I just came here to talk.
Abrianna: Yeah, well Ryan should be coming through that door any moment so I suggest you talk fast.
Michael Diamond: You know that's not true Abrianna, Maxem has a match next. As we speak, he's gearing himself up to walk through the curtain, down the rampway, and get into ring. No, I don't think Maxem will interupt us.
Abrianna: I want you to leave my locker room Michael.
Michael Diamond: I will, but not until I've said what I came here to say. See Abrianna, I heard about what happened between you and Chase and I just came here to say that I'm sorry. I know what's it like to have loved someone only for them to betray you.
Abrianna: Is that it?
Michael Diamond: No, that's not it. I also want to apologize for any hurt or pain I may have caused you. I know we don't exactly have the greatest history with each other but I'm a different person now; a better person. Who knows, maybe things will be different between us this time around. Anyway, welcome back to the HWA and I'll see ya around.
Michael turned around and headed for the door.
Abrianna: Hey Diamond!
Michael Diamond: What?
Michael turned around to see Abrianna slowly approaching him. She stood before him as he looked into her eyes, not quite sure of what to make of the situation. She then leaned in towards him and wrapped her arms around him as she hugged him tightly.
Abrianna: Thank you.
Michael gently placed his arms around her and patted her on the back, assuring her that everything would be fine. She pulled her head away from his chest and looked up into his eyes as he stared back down at hers. Before anyone knew it, she had leaned in and pressed her lips over his as the crowd was cheering loudly for this!
KK: I don't believe it! Diamond is kissing Maxem's girl! Some friend he is!
TB: Technically Keith, Abrianna kissed Michael.
Though he had given into the passion of the moment, Michael finally came back to his senses as he broke off the kiss.
Michael Diamond: Wha.. what was that for?
Abrianna: I don't know, I guess I just wanted to know what it was like.
Michael Diamond: And...?
Abrianna smiled at him as she pulled her arms from his back and placed them on his chest. Michael smiled down at her when she suddenly pulled one arm back and slapped him hard across the face, the sound echoing throughout the arena! Michael was just as shocked as the entire crowd as he stood there with his head hung to one side, a hand upon his stinging cheek as Abrianna backed away from him, a smirk across her face.
Abrianna: You want to know how it was!? I'll tell you how it was! It was as disappointing as I had expected it to be! Let's face it Diamond, you didn't come in here to apologize or feel sympathetic for me! You came here in for one reason and one reason only... to get in my pants!
Michael looked up at Abrianna, fire burning in his eyes as she glared back at him.
Abrianna: But it's NEVER going to happen Diamond and you just better accept it. Now get the hell out of my locker room before I throw you out!
Michael merely smiled at her as if her kicking him out was amusing to him. None-the-less, Michael began to head to the door and opened it. But half-way out, he turned back around and looked at Abrianna.
Michael Diamond: You know something Abrianna, for a second there I had actually forgotten about how much of a bitch you are.
Michael walked out of her locker room laughing as Abrianna glared after him as the HWATron faded out.
The scene goes back to ringside when “Sober” hits and the crowd is going nuts. TCO walks out followed by his friends Sett, Morgoth and Anubis. TCO puts his hands up acknowledging the cheers which turn to boos when the music switches to “King of my World” by Saliva and Conner comes walking out followed by C4 and Mysterio.
TB: It’s getting confusing in the HWA with all of the factions. I’m not sure who’s loyal to who anymore. And I’m sure we’ll see some interfering in this match.
Suddenly “One Armed Scissor” hits and the entire Legacy Department comes walking out.
TB: They’re not involved in this match. Come on let it be a clean match for once.
Grimjack has a mic.
Grimjack: We’re just out here to make sure everyone behaves, we wouldn’t want any interfering to go on, because we know how the Aftermath likes to interfere in matches, especially the tag match earlier which was tainted by TCO’s cheating!
The crowd boos. TCO just looks calmly at Grimjack not worried at all.
Grimjack: Also—
Suddenly though "Points of Authority (Reannimation Remix)" by Linkin Park hits and out walks Diamond, Fudge and Dark Titan. Titan has a mic.
DT: Blah blah blah ENOUGH! We’re here to do what you say you’re here to do, keep things clean. If any members of the Legacy Department tries to interfere they can expect to get their asses kicked! And that goes for everyone else. We’re sick of watching screw fests.
TCO was watching this go down and Conner uses it to his advantage to hit a massive superkick on TCO knocking him down. The Aftermath is objecting but the bell rings and Cunningham makes everyone get out. The crowd is booing loudly as Conner sneers and is happy to finally get TCO alone in the ring. He picks him up and snap suplexes him back down. Conner is surprised though when TCO gets back up with energy and starts pounding on him with rights and lefts. The crowd is getting behind TCO and he has Conner against the ropes when C4 reaches in and grabs TCO’s leg tripping him. Cunningham starts scolding C4 when Mysterio slides in from the other side but TCO sees him and gives him the Aftermath. The Legacy Department is trying to get into the ring but everyone is stopping them and brawling ensues.
TB: So much hatred between these teams!
Conner grabs TCO and hits a german suplex. He goes to the turnbuckle and goes for a frogsplash but TCO moves. Conner gets up and TCO hits the Aftermath . . . 1 . . . 2 . . . 3!
KK: What a dirty cheater.
Before TCO can celebrate Grimjack slides in and hits him in the back with a steel chair. TCO takes the blow and goes to one knee. Grimjack looks down at him with the chair and grins. Then he rises it up to him TCO smack in the head with it but suddenly Diamond is in and he grabs the chair from him. Grimjack whirls around and is shocked to see Diamond there. Diamond tosses the chair down and asks Grim what the hell he thinks he’s doing. Grimjack starts to try and explain when suddenly Anderson is in and gives Diamond the Attitude Adjuster. Everyone is brawling wildly as the scene fades out.
