For example. If you score 12 in week 1, 8 in week 2, and 16 in week 3, your 'form score' would be 12. If you didn't RP in week 1, scored 20 in week 2, and scored 10 in week 3, then your score would be 10. It is a fair way of looking at who has been working the hardest over the last few weeks.
The form guide therefore favours consistency over one off performances. However, if you RP hard for one week, and don't RP for the next two, you'll still have a registered score. ie, if you RP your ass off and get 45 - maybe it was a PPV match? and then don't RP for two weeks, you still have a score of 15 by the third week.
I hope this clears things up, if you don't understand then find someone who can do their maths! It's the only way to really explain it.
This form guide does not affect your position in the HWA, not being on it is not an issue. If you want to be on it then great but you have to work harder! While it is unofficial, it obviously gives me a good idea who to push and who not to.
I don't hand-pick positions, it is all done on the maths explained above. If I had any say in re-arranging the positions it would be a pointless exercise!
I will not be posting individual weekly Roleplay scores. I feel this can only be a negative thing for those who didn't do well on a certain week.
Above all, if you don't like it, don't look at it. It's only meant for fun, and for your interest.
