The HWA ran for just short of a year, it started off with very humble beginnings and was transformed to become one of the most respected E-Feds around. On it's day, the HWA could rival the very best E-Federations in existence. Eventually the HWA folded after a failed merger with rivals SFxW (now trading as IPW).
