The scede fades in and the first thing we see is the alley on the side of the War Memorial in Syracuse NY. It’s a cold night. A red limo pulls up to the wrestlers entrance. A rather large man wearing a black mask steps out. He looks around before being met by a man in a suit that looks to be from HWA. The HWA official holds the door open as the large man heads into the arena.
HWA Official: We are looking forward to having you here. You will meet with the rest of the men immediately.
Masked Man: Glad to hear it.
The scene switches to ringside where Keith Kincaid and Trent Brown are sitting.
TB: Welcome to HWA Bloodlines! Coming at you live from Syracuse NY! The War Memorial is packed to capacity and we have three great matches tonight. This is the first pay per view under the leadership of Grimjack so unfortunately anything can and probably will happen.
KK: Don’t be so damn negative Trent. I know I came down hard on Grim last week but he’s impressed me since then. It takes balls to stick 6 of your best workers in the most dangerous match ever conceived, the Three Steps to Heaven!
TB: I’m not surprised that you would eventually suck up to Grimjack Keith, although I must agree this is a risky move on Grimjack’s part. Unfortunately for him, not to mention them men actually competing in the match, Hartman, Ninja, Diamond, Fudge, Sett and Craven, I believe no good will come of this. I’ll be very surprised if no one is injured, or worse killed.
KK: Grimjack said that he would put the hardcore back in HWA and god dammit he’s doing it! If you or anyone else can’t handle it then you shouldn’t be here!
The HWATron comes to life as we see the newly appointed HWA President, Grimjack, in his office. Grimjack is leaning back in his chair and his shoes are propped up on his desk as he appears to be relaxing and enjoying the evening thus far. Suddenly and without warning, his door is thrown open. Startled, Grimjack glares over at the perpetrator as the camera pans off of Grimjack to reveal Michael Diamond standing before the new HWA President. The fans cheer for "Your Hero" as he positions himself before Grimjack's desk.
Grimjack: Well if it isn't Michael Diamond, how's the head feeling Hero? That looked like one hell-of-a chair shot that Cassandra planted on you, I bet that hurt, huh?
Grimjack laughed to himself as Michael stared the Prez dead straight in the eyes.
Grimjack: Well enough of the small talk, what do you want Diamond? I don't have all...
Michael lifted his hand from off the desk and planted it directly in the face of Grimjack, signaling for him to shut his mouth. The fans cheered at this as Grimjack glared at Diamond, upset that such a wrestler would dare defy him so.
Michael Diamond: I only want one thing from you Grimjack. See, you can go ahead and book me in this little Three Steps to Heaven match tonight but next week, on Survival, you're going to book me in a match against the one person I only give a damn about... Cassandra Starr!
The fans cheered at this announcement as Grimjack smugly laughed to himself.
Grimjack: Now Michael, I know you want to get your hands on Cassandra so bad... and, apparently, not in the sexual sense either. But I don't think you're in the right state of mind to be...
Michael Diamond: No, no, no... you're making this match Grimjack. Because if you don't, you're going to have more problems than you can handle.
Grimjack: Is that a threat Diamond!?
Michael Diamond: You're damn right it is!
Grimjack swallowed hard as he his mind began to race.
Grimjack: You want Cassandra at SNS next week? Fine, you got it.
Satisfied, Michael smirked and turned around to leave. However, as he was half-way out the door, Grimjack stopped him.
Grimjack: Oh, but that's not all Diamond. I so enjoyed watching your face being smashed in by that steel chair last week that I think I'll add a little stipulation to this match. Why don't we make it a Hardcore Match... anything, and I do mean ANYTHING, goes!
As if pleased more by this, Michael smirked again and walked out of Grimjack's office as Grimjack sat back in chair with a disgusted look on his face. The camera follows Diamond as he walks out the door.
Diamond is seen walking to his locker room and he finds a spray painted “K” on his door. He busts through the door and finds his locker room trashed. He wonders who did it and kicks trash around in anger.
The masked man is seen with the HWA suit walking through the back of the arena. The HWA official opens another door and the masked man walks through the door. The door closes to reveal the words HWE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
Back in the arena, Push it by Static X hits on the PA, out comes the new Vice President of HWA. The crowd looks confused at who this guy is. He takes a microphone from his back pocket.
Man: As you may know, my friend Grimjack appointed a new Vice President, me. All of you do not know my name but now you do. I am Chris Million! Grimjack and I go way back when I first met him at an indy fed when he fell on me, and since then we’ve been friends.
TB: Very nice way to meet friends like that.
Chris Million: As my act as Vice President and my very first one is to appoint another reporter in the HWA. As you know Erin Wallace is kind of a pain in every one’s back so I hope this will make things better. Actually as I think about, I think we’ll have a little fun with Erin next week on Saturday Night Survival, she will in a match, that’s right! A match against Summer, the match will be a Kendo Stick mud wrestling match! I know you are all sick of the regular mud wrestling matches but now we have kendo sticks coming into play. How about that? I myself like to see specialty type matches. If you don’t like it, you can screw yourself. Now it’s time to kick off HWA with Grimjack against Danny Storm. Thank You!
Push it by Static X hits the PA again and Chris Million walks into the back stage.
GRIMJACK VERSUS STORM
Trent Brown: Well here we are, Bloodlines…every thing is on the line, all titles.
Keith Kincaid: Screw that, what about what we just heard about the new Vice President?
TB: What about him?
KK: I never heard of him before.
TB: Well he was an old friend of Grimjack.
KK: That really doesn’t answer my question.
TB: That wasn’t a question, more of a statement.
KK: What ever, let’s get on with our first match.
TB: All right, in this first match it is Grimjack vs. Danny Storm also known to some as Danny Sawyer.
KK: What is the deal with these two?
TB: It seems that Dan Sawyer or what ever he goes by challenged Grimjack backstage to a match and now.
KK: What about the stipulations to this match, Danny has to dress like chewbacca or something?
TB: If Grimjack wins, Danny Storm, er Sawyer, no Storm has to dress like a wookie for a week. If Storm
wins Grimjack has to go butt naked for a week.
KK: God, I hope Grimjack wins.
TB: Why is that Keith?
KK: Who in their right mind would want to see Grimjack nude?
TB: Well I guess you’re right, let’s get started with our first match!
The lights get dim, and suddenly Lose Yourself by Eminem blares out over the PA. The crowd is silent wondering who it is, then a figure makes his way out to the ramp, IT’S DANNY STORM! He runs down the ring with a pair of scissors in his hand.
KK: Did his mommy ever tell him not to run with scissors? What are they for any way?
TB: I think they are for cutting the clothes off Grimjack If he loses.
KK: Gross.
All of a sudden you hear the Star Wars Theme song. Up on the ramp is Grimjack holding a chewbacca costume. He has a microphone in hand.
Grimjack: Storm! Hey Storm! I didn’t know you’re size at the costume shop so I got a Women’s Plus Size. I hope that is okay. When I win I want you to scream like a wookie. I’ll keep this up here just for you and once I am done with you, I will drag your ass up here and make you put it on.
The Camera pans back on Danny who seems furious with Grimjack and runs up the ramp dropping the scissors Grimjack looks at Danny Storm then starts running at him, both of them connect with a double clothesline. The ref inside the ring signals for the bell. The ref gets out of the ring to check on Storm and Grimjack. A dazed Danny Storm gets up and waddles around before realizing what happened, the camera looks over at Grimjack who seems to be holding his head. Danny Storm goes over to Grimjack trying to figure out if he’s okay, but then starts stomping on the mid section of Grimjack. Danny picks up Grimjack by the hair and drags him inside the ring. Storm head butts Grimjack who falls to the ground. Storm goes over to the turnbuckle and climbs it to the very top; he is awaiting Grimjack to get back up. Slowly but surely he gets up and Storm connects Grimjack with a missile drop kick.
TB: Storm is rocking Grimjack. Storm runs off the ropes and leg drops Grimjack. Storm starts kicking Grimjack in the head. Storm runs against the ropes again looking for another leg drop but Grimjack rolls out of the way and he lands straight on his ass. Grimjack gets up quickly and clotheslines Storm.
KK: Never count Grimjack out.
TB: Indeed.
Grimjack picks up Storm and throws him into the corner. Grimjack runs towards Storm and clotheslines him. Storm flies up in the air and back down. Grimjack climbs up the turnbuckle and begins to punch Storm. The ref begins the count: 1!…2!…3!…4!…5!…6!…7!…8!…9!…10! Grimjack jumps down from the turnbuckle and gives a couple shoulder tackles to Storm in the mid-section. Grimjack takes Storm and throws him against the ropes and spears Storm on the way back. Grimjack goes to pin Storm. 1…2…kickout! Grimjack drags Storm by the hand to the turn buckle, Grimjack goes back up the turn buckle and preforms a frog splash onto Storm. 1…2…kick out!
KK: Never count Storm out either.
TB: They both are putting up a hell of a fight I can tell you that. Grimjack is arguing with the ref about the possible 3 count and saying that he is the President and he has the final say in any thing and every thing.
KK: God, get over it Grimjack!
Out of nowhere Storm pulls a schoolboy on Grimjack. 1..2..kick out! Grimjack hops back up as well as storm and they start punching each other in the face. They tie up and Grimjack kicks Storm in the gut and DDT’s him into the canvas. Grimjack plants his foot right into the nose of Storm. Storm starts bleeding. Grimjack picks up Storm and starts punching him in the nose making the bleeding even worse. Grimjack pulls off a leg sweep on Storm knocking him to the canvas yet again. Grimjack bends down to the fallen Storm and starts swearing at him while hitting him in the face. Grimjack stands up and delivers an elbow drop right on Storm’s heart. Grimjack takes hold of Storm’s shirt and lifts him up, he throws him against the ropes and out of no where Storm pulls of a hurnacanrana into a pin on Grimjack. 1…2…kick out! Grimjack rolls out of the ring, Storm goes out of the ring on the other side. Both of them enter with steel chairs. They both run at each other and BAM! Both of them are down from the double chair shot.
TB: Both of them are down! The ref starts the count! 1…2…3…4…5…6…7…8…9…10! Double count out!
KK: What’s going to happen now?
TB: Well I guess Grimjack is going to be nude and Danny Storm has to wear a chewbacca costume for a week.
Grimjack and Danny Storm are still in the ring after there match. Suddenly "Remember" by Disturbed hits the PA and the large masked man comes out followed by the HWA Official.
HWA Official: Ladies and Gentlemen you may not know me, my name is Randy Giles and I am a member of the HWE Board of Directors. We have been in an emergency meeting tonight to decide the real fate of the HWA. Our new president, you can see him down there lying in the ring is really a disgrace to the HWA name; we had nothing to do with bringing him in here that was Neil Williams. And unfortunately we can't fire him. So we have a surprise for him, someone to make his life a living hell. Go show him what I'm talking about.
The masked man runs down the ramp and into the ring. He first picks up Danny Storm. Lifting him up and nailing him with a chokeslam over the top rope and completely out of the ring. Storm is knocked unconscious and lays motionless near the announce table. The masked man then focuses his attention on Grimjack. Grimjack is trying to get to his feet but before he can the masked man nails a huge right hand knock Grim flat on his back. He then nails down over Grim and gets right in his face. The masked man says something to Grim then picks him up and delivers a powerbomb dropping Grim right on the back of his neck. Grim tries to fight back up but the masked man picks him up into a Torture Rack. Grim fighting in pain as the masked man swings around and nails Grim with a DDT out of the Torture Rack. Grim lands directly in his face and looks to be out cold. Randy runs down to the ring and climbs in to taunt Grimjack.
Randy: You piece of trash we may not be able to fire you, but we can make your life a living hell. Consider this a preview of what will be happening on a weekly basis.
Randy and the masked man climb out of the ring and head to the back with Grimjack and Danny Storm both laying unconscious as EMTs run down to help them.
KK: Who the hell was that in the mask?
TB: I have no idea but Grimjack finally got what was coming to him. Not only does he have to go naked for a week but he has Randy Giles and that mountain of a man to make his life horrible.
Commercial Break.
The scene opens up across the street from the War Memorial in the parking garage. A black truck is seen arriving and pulling into a reserved space. Out steps Morgoth and the arena immediately pops loudly for the returning star. Morgoth turns to close his door but he’s suddenly blindsided by a man dressed in a long black trenchcoat who runs in and hits him on the back of the head with a beer bottle, which immediately shatters into a thousand pieces. Morgoth falls against his truck the mystery man starts unloading with massive punches, further dazing him. The man picks Morgoth up and tosses him into the back of the truck. The crowd is booing loudly at this. The man in the trenchcoat gets into the cab of the truck too and picks Morgoth up. He delivers a huge brainbuster DDT onto the top of the truck, denting it badly and Morgoth is out cold. The man stands there and smirks, as he does so we get a better look at him. He has black hair... pale face... black around the eys... wears a long black trench coat over his eXXXtreme pentagram t-shirt... and black pants... with his red and black boots. He has a scar under his left eye. The man jumps down from the truck and walks away as Morgoth lies motionless.
TB: Who in God’s name was that?
KK: I don’t know but I like his style.
TB: You mean the boots? Yeah I thought they were nice too.
KK: That’s not what I meant-
Maxem vs. Anderson (World Title, TLC)
Suddenly in the arena "Out of My Head" by Puddle of Mudd hits and Maxem walks down the ramp amid cheers.
TB: The crowd in Syracuse is really behind this young man Trent. I think he has a good chance in this match. As you can see the world title is suspended high above the ring, and outside it there are two tables, two ladders and two chairs, one each for each man in this match. These weapons are legal to use in this match!
But suddenly “Young Grow Old” by Creed blasts and the cheers metastasize into a loud chorus of boos. The HWA World Champion Awesome D Anderson is seen standing at the top of the ramp with his manager Summer, the title belt over his shoulder. He’s smirking as he puts a microphone to his mouth to talk, but the crowd starts an asshole chant so he waits. It takes about two minutes for it to die down and then he speaks.
Anderson: You know, Grimjack is a good friend of mine, but I have to disagree with putting Bloodlines in Syracuse, I know it’s Grimjack’s hometown and all but this place is such a DUMP! I can’t wait to kick your ass Maxem, so I can get out of this hole and go play some Vice City. Let’s do this!
Anderson drops the mic and hands the belt to Summer, and then he runs down the ramp and slides into the ring. Maxem starts kicking Anderson in the head but the huge man catches Maxem’s foot and takes him down, and then holds on and turns it into a leglock. The ref calls for the bell as Anderson is trying to wrench Maxem’s leg out of it’s socket. Maxem is writhing in pain.
TB: The Attitude lock! Anderson with a great move on Maxem already in this match, but making Maxem tap out won’t win the match.
KK: Yeah but injuring Maxem’s leg will make it harder for him to climb that ladder.
Anderson releases the hold and gets up. He grabs Maxem’s leg and starts twisting it backwards in an ankle lock.
TB: Now Anderson’s attacking Maxem’s ankle! When did he learn to wrestle like this?
KK: Anderson is quite skilled as a technical wrestler, people don’t realize that because he rarely has to use those skills against the sub par competition in the HWA, but tonight is a big match.
Anderson lets go and Maxem is just holding his hurt ankle and knee. Anderson starts stomping on the leg. Summer throws a steel chair into the ring and Anderson catches it. He lifts it up to hit Maxem’s leg but Maxem rolls out of the way just in time and Anderson misses, hitting the mat. Maxem starts to crawl away and Anderson laughes. Maxem reaches the turnbuckle. Anderson runs over and hits him hard in the back of the leg, the smack can be heard throughout the arena. Maxem rolls out of the ring in pain as Anderson poses with the chair held high. Anderson steps out of the ring.
KK: Anderson is just killing Maxem.
TB: Anderson is grabbing a ladder as Maxem recovers outside the ring. Anderson bringing the ladder into the ring and he is setting it up! Get up Ryan! Get up! Anderson can’t win this already!
Anderson starts climbing the ladder and he is reaching for the title. Maxem slowly gets up, the pain in his leg still there. He looks into the ring and sees Anderson reaching for the title. Knowing he has only a spilt second to spare before Anderson reaches it, he looks around him, seeing the other steel chair lying a few feet away, he dives for it. Running on pure adrenaline, Maxem rolls, stands on one knee for leverage, and throws the chair soccer style at Anderson in the ring. With perfect accuracy and precision, the chair hits Anderson square in the back of the head, right before he could pull the title down from the rope. Anderson falls off the ladder, lands on the ropes on his back, and bounces back into the ring. The crowd takes a deep sigh of relief as Anderson had the match won.
TB: Good lord I can’t believe what I just saw! Maxem just through that belt at Anderson from at least 30 feet away! I didn’t think such a thing could be done! And it’s all legal!
KK: Dammit! God dammit! Anderson had this thing won! What a fluke, a lucky shot! Look at this, Maxem can’t even stand!
Maxem is struggling to get to his feet after that last gasp move, but he can’t. His ankle just can’t support his large body right now. He grabs hold of the guardrail where the fans are patting him on the back and giving him encouragement. Using it for support, he walks along it over to the other ladder. Picking it up, he starts using it as a crutch or a third leg to walk back over to the ring. Meanwhile Anderson is slowly starting to move again. He shakes the cobwebs off and looks around for Maxem with anger in his eyes. Maxem slides the ladder under the ropes and uses the ropes as leverage to pull himself up onto the apron. Anderson sees this and starts running full boar at Maxem, Maxem ducks and pulls the ropes down at the last second and Anderson goes flying over the rope and hits the barricade. Maxem rolls into the ring. He’s still in obvious pain.
TB: Shake it off Ryan! Now’s your chance with Anderson outside the ring!
KK: Shut up Trent, the guy’s obviously bit off more than he can chew, he can’t hardly stand.
Maxem is able to get up, fighting through the pain. He grabs one of the ladders and sets it up. Then he grabs the other one and sets it up too, both of them are in the middle of the ring a few feet apart.
KK: What’s this idiot thinking? He only needs one ladder to climb!
Anderson slides back into the ring and stares Maxem down. They start to circle each other, Maxem limping still. They lock up and Anderson overpowers Maxem into a headlock and gets him down on one knee, but Maxem reverses it into an elbow lock and spins Anderson over onto his stomach. Maxem jumps up and delivers a knee onto Anderson’s elbow. Anderson overpowers Maxem and backhands him across the face. Maxem stumbles backwards as Anderson gets up. Anderson runs at Maxem but Maxem catches him in a powerslam. Anderson gets back up before Maxem can capitalize and kicks Maxem in the gut. Anderson hooks both of Maxem’s arms, scoops him up and brings him down head first upon his knee with a tiger driver.
TB: These two men are leaving it all on the table with huge maneuvers. How much longer can this go on?
As Maxem and Anderson fight in the ring the masked man slowly starts coming down to ringside with Randy Giles following close behind. The action continues in the ring as the masked man stands down by the ramp and watches.
TB: What are they doing here? I thought their beef was with Grimjack?
KK: I don’t know but they shouldn’t be allowed out here, especially after what that guy did to our president. Where the hell is security?
Anderson goes over to one of the ladders and starts to climb it. Maxem looks up and sees this, and using every amount of energy he has left he limps over, grabs Anderson by the leg and pulls him down. Anderson gets up mad and starts laying into Maxem with hard punches. He picks up Maxem by the neck and throws him into the turnbuckle.
KK: What strength!
TB: Ha ha! You think?
Anderson goes out side the ring and grabs both of the tables and throws them into the ring. He’s looking mad and Summer tries to console him but he brushes her aside. He gets back into the ring and sets up one table. The he places the other one on top of it and sets it up as well. Now both tables are set up on top of each other double decker style. Anderson turns around and is met with a chairshot to the head by Maxem!
TB: Yes! He got him!
KK: No! Damn him!
Anderson falls to the mat. Maxem looks down at Anderson, then he looks up at the ladders, then down at Anderson again. A smile comes across his face. He lays the chair over Anderson’s chest and starts climbing one of the ladders as the crowd starts cheering.
TB: I think Maxem plans to jump off that ladder onto Anderson who has a chair laid across his chest! This can not be happening. There’s no way either man would live through that.
KK: But wait! Anderson just threw the chair off of him and is getting up.
Anderson stands up and runs at the ladder with Maxem on it. But before he hits it Maxem is able to jump over to the other ladder. Anderson shoulder blocks the ladder Maxem was on sending it tipping over. Maxem grabs onto the other ladder and holds on for dear life as it sways back and forth. He regains his composure and decides to go and grab the belt before his luck runs out. As Maxem is reaching for the belt Anderson starts climbing the ladder himself. Anderson gets up to the top too and starts punching Maxem. The crowd is going insane as both men are atop the ladder and the two tables are still stacked on top of each other. Maxem rams Anderson’s head into the ladder a few times, drawing blood. Maxem grabs Anderson by the head and with all his might lifts Anderson high into the air suplex style. Anderson’s feet actually hit the world title belt suspended overhead.
KK: My God . . . he wouldn’t be thinking of what I think he’s thinking of . . . would he?
TB: I hope so!
Maxem jumps off the ladder with Anderson in his grasp, and spinning around, crashes through both tables with a sit down brainbuster!
TB: OH MY GOD! WE JUST FUCKING WITNISSED THE TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES OFF THE LADDER THROUGH TWO TABLES!!!
KK: No!!!
The crowd is going nuts after that move, possibly the biggest in HWA history, was executed. Anderson is completely out cold and his body is twitching. Maxem looks a little dazed but luckily he made Anderson take the brunt of the damage. Maxem struggles to his feet and hobbles away from the wreckage of the tables. He slowly starts to climb the ladder as the crowd cheers him on. He gets to the top and pulls the HWA World Title from the rope!
TB: He did it! Ryan Maxem won the World Title! Excuse me while I stand and applaud!
KK: Excuse me while I puke.
Maxem, using his last vestige of energy to grab the belt, falls off the ladder. Maxem and Anderson are both out in the ring. The ref drapes the World Title across Maxem who has yet to move. Just then the masked man jumps up in the ring. He grabs Anderson by the neck and tosses him over the top rope up by the entrance ramp. He then looks down at Maxem. Maxem is starting to move and the masked man stands there and waits on Maxem to get himself up. Maxem gets to his feet and goes chest to chest with the masked man. The masked man looks down into Maxem's eyes. Maxem tries to throw a punch but it gets blocked. The masked man whips Maxem into the ropes and hits a vicious clothesline. The masked man then picks Maxem up and delivers the Torture Rack into a DDT dropping Maxem face first to the mat. Maxem is out cold as the masked man picks up the belt and walks out of the ring. Him and Randy Giles walk back up the ramp as the crowd boos loudly and throws garbage. Summer yells obscenities at them but they ignore her.
TB: He can’t do that! He took Maxem’s well earned belt! Who the hell does he think he is??? Give back that belt you coward! Damn him!
KK: That’s just how it goes Trent. You’ve got to watch your back in the HWA. Tonights proof enough of that.
Commercial Break
Storm is shown walking down the hall and goes in his locker room and he finds a spray painted “M” on his door. He thinks if he should go in and then opens the door and his locker room is wrecked. Storm picks up a chair and sits down to think who did it.
TB: I want to know who’s been running around spray painting doors and trashing locker rooms.
KK: We can worry about that later, right now it’s time for the main event Trent, and this is going to be good.
Trent Brown : Well folks, here it is, undoubtedly the biggest match in the history of HWA. . .Three Steps to Heaven.
Keith Kincaid : You know there are some guys in this match I don’t like, but love these guys or hate them, after this match, you will have no alternative but to respect them
Trent Brown : As you can see, the tables are being set up in the entrance way to our left, leaving the entrance way directly in front of us wide open, for our combatants to make their way down here. . .
We see a shot of the sixteen tables being stacked, indeed, in sets of four as Fudge thought originally
Trent Brown : There has never been a match with as much on the line as this one. In the match we have The HWA World Tag Team Championships, The HWA International Championship and The HWA X-Treme Championship on the line. The winner of the match will also be crowned Number One contender to The HWA World Title
Keith Kincaid : You said it. This match has ever title in the HWA involved in some way. The competitors are all brave enough to step foot in the structure we see before us, so they are brave enough and man enough to be your champions
Trent Brown : There are so many doubts for the wrestlers in this match, doubts like, will Nate Hartman be able to focus on keeping his title? Will Unknown Ninja ignore his feud with Michael and go for the gold? Will Michael be able to take his mind off Cassandra? Will Sett want to tear Fudge apart or will he focus on the gold? Will Fudge’s knee hold out in this environment? Will Jason Craven make this thing "Too Extreme"?
Keith Kincaid : Well Trent. . .The Tables are stacked. . .The participants are ready backstage. . .As is the Referee. . .And we are ready for THREE STEPS TO HEAVEN!
The shots zooms out showing the fans, and The X-Treme Title shoots past (Digital Version) as does the International Title, and then the Tag Team Titles. . .Followed by "Three Steps to Heaven" going over them all, we zoom in to ringside
Trent Brown : Lets go to Erin Wallace who will be the Ring Announcer for this, the Main Event of HWA Bloodlines. . .
The shot shoots to one of Erin Wallace standing on a specially built podium for the Ring Announcer, as she starts. . .
Erin Wallace : Ladies and Gentlemen. . .Boys and Girls. . .The HWA would like to present to you, the HWA Bloodlines Main Event. . .Three Steps to Heaven. . .

Erin Wallace : Introducing at this time, the Special Guest referee for this upcoming match, the newly crowned HWA World Heavyweight Champion, Ryaaaannnn Maaaaxxeemmm. . .
"Out of my Head" by Puddle of Mudd hits and the fans go into a frenzy of screams as Ryan Maxem steps out from the back and poses in his referee shirt, pointing at it and telling people to respect it
Trent Brown : This guy still has his ego despite what happened to him in the last match. I guess the leg is good enough to go.
Ryan Maxem continues limping down the ramp and reaches the Cell door, before stepping inside. Maxem walks around the Cell kicking the walls and then gets in the ring, and starts to check the ropes and the other ring stuff out
Keith Kincaid : What a referee. . .
Trent Brown : He didn’t do anything yet
Maxem stops and stands in the corner of the ring, his music cuts
Trent Brown : Now our referee has entered lets get down to our wrestlers. . .
We shoot back to Erin
Erin Wallace : And now Introducing our first combatant in the match. . .Consider one of the HWAs biggest assets, and one of our most extreme stars. . .Making his return to a HWA ring. . .He is Jaaasssooooon Craaaaavvveeeeeeennn
Jason Cravens music hits and the crowds noise level increases due to the chorus of boos that Craven receives. Jason Craven walks out from the back and begins to walk towards the Cell, he gets within around 10 feet of the Cell and stares at Maxem, evilly grinning
Trent Brown : If Craven starts anything with Maxem, Maxem can screw him out of this match completely. . .
Keith Kincaid : Yes he Can
Craven continues walking to the Cell, and steps inside as he reaches it. Craven slides straight into the ring and looks around at the weapons and such. He smiles and then steps outside the ring and stands in the farthest corner of the Cell
Trent Brown : Look at Craven, he is almost bonding with the Cell, he feels right at home in this kind of an environment I am sure
Keith Kincaid : How can anybody feel at home in there?
Trent Brown : Nevermind. . .
We pan back up to Erin, who raises the microphone once again to her mouth
Erin Wallace : And now, introducing, weighing in at three hundred and twelve pounds, and standing six feet and ten inches tall, one of the largest men ever enter a HWA ring. . .He is Sett!
"The Way" by Amorphis hits the P.A System, and the largest man in the match walks from behind the Bloodlines curtains, bandana and all
Trent Brown : No doubt that this man is the biggest threat to Fudge in this match. . .
Keith Kincaid : Why’s that?
Trent Brown : He’s gunning for him
Sett stands at the entrance way and peers towards the Cell, Sett shakes his head and then starts pumping himself up. Sett gets closer to the Cell and then steps inside
Trent Brown : The second participant is now inside the Cell. . .
Sett walks around the ring, walking right by Jason Craven, without a speckle of worry or a doubt in the world. Sett then slides in the ring and stands before Ryan Maxem. Sett starts to bad mouth Maxem telling him to keep it fair
Keith Kincaid : If I were Maxem, I would damn sure listen
Trent Brown : So would I
Sett steps back from Maxem and steps out of the ring, standing in the corner to the right of Jason Craven

Nate Hartman reaches the barrier and throws the cart over, he then climbs over and grabs the weapons, taking them inside the Cell with him. Nate walks right by everybody and stands in the corner to the right of Sett, he piles his weapons around him and looks around a little, his music cuts

Erin Wallace : And now making their way down to the ring. . .The HWA Tag Team Champions, He is "Your Hero" Michael Diamond and his partner "The Suicidal Chyld" Fudge. . .
A remix between Linkin Parks "Points of Authority" and Eminems "Lose Yourself" hit’s the speakers and from the back come Michael Diamond and Fudge. The two slap hands of all the fans and continue towards the ring
Trent Brown : Undoubtedly one of HWAs most respectable teams ever, you have Michael Diamond, possibly the greatest Tag Team Champion, and International Champion of all time and Fudge the most decorated superstar in the history of HWA. . .
Keith Kincaid : No Doubt. . .But can these two walk away still Tag Team Champions?
Trent Brown : Only time will tell. . .
Fudge and Michael reach the ring and Michael steps inside first, no cockiness by either man, just straight to the corner to the left of Jason Craven. The two stand there, talking through strategy no doubt
Trent Brown : Looks like they are going to stick together in this match. . .
Keith Kincaid : We’ll see

The lights cut out and an eerie silence comes over the area, as smoke fills in the entrance way, the fans boo, the smoke Is the lit by a dim blue light and Unknown Ninja emerges from the smoke
Trent Brown : No doubt the least liked of the men in this match, but its not fan support these guys are going to need here
Keith Kincaid : No it isn’t. . .
Unknown Ninja, warms up, in his typical way before walking ever closer to the Cell, as he makes it to the Cell door, the bell rings
Trent Brown : The match is officially underway, but nobody is budging, they are allowing Ninja to get in the ring before anything. . .
All the competitors begin to enter the ring, however Ryan Maxem steps out of the ring, allowing for a full on start. Michael and Fudge stand in one corner, Craven and Ninja in the opposite Corner with Sett and Nate Hartman stood opposite to each other ready to go as well
Trent Brown : Well folks, its all about to get underway and your about to see the beginning of the biggest match in HWA History. . .
Keith Kincaid : Its all pairing off so to speak and the bell has rung to signify all participants have arrived, we await now another bell to show that this match is officially underway. . .
Trent Brown : Yes, and its getting tense now. . .
We pan the Cell for the last time before the match, circling in on all the wrestlers individually, and then we go up to each level, finishing with a shot of all the titles
Trent Brown : I want to see how they are going to get past the Razor Wire on the final Cell, will they climb and try avoiding it?
Keith Kincaid : I have no idea, but I know its going to be difficult
Trent Brown : Its also going to be one HELL of a match
TB: Maxem needs to control the match and get it inside the ring.
KK: They are all inside the cage so what does it matter?
TB: It matters quite a bit, did you hear the bell?
KK: Shut up and watch.
TB: Did you just hear that right hand from Diamond to Sett?
KK: I think everybody heard that, but Im going to be expecting much better.
TB: Diamond rolls Sett into the ring, and Sett immediately gets to his feet. Diamond rolls in but Sett immediately kicks Diamond in the head. Diamond staggers on the ground and Sett continues to kick Diamonds head. Meanwhile outside the cage, Fudge and Jason Craven are fighting over a chair. Each man has their hand on one side, until Fudge kicks Craven in the royal jewels and takes the chair. He then bashes it over his skull, and Craven falls straight to the ground.
KK: How about that shot. That one was heard around the world.
TB: I dont know about around the world but it definitely echoed through out this arena.
KK: Maxem seems to be doing a nice job as reffing, he’s sitting in the corner on one of the chairs. What a cocky guy, I hope somebody decks him in the jaw.
TB: Why so they can get screwed right out of the match?
KK: No I just want to see him get hit again. I mean he still didn’t order the bell rung.
TB: Just let him do his job you do yours.
KK: Fine. Back to the match then. TPO, and Ninja are getting the best of each other exchanging rights and lefts until TPO staggers back with one quick blow from Ninja. TPO then stumbles over Craven who is laying on the ground from a chairshot. Ninja laughs and rolls into the ring with Dimaond and Fudge who are double teaming Sett at the moment. Fudge is holding Sett on the ground and Diamond is on the top turnbuckle. He is about to do a frogsplash when Ninja rams the ropes bouncing off them and hitting Fudge who is on his knees holding Sett down. Ninja takes him out with a baseball slide to the ankle. Maxem is still watching the chaos unfold in the ring, as he continues to do nothing as ref.
TB: TPO, and Craven now up are both on their feet eye to eye, until deciding to slide into the ring, and not hit each other. Maxem stands up and demands the bell be rung, and it finally is. See Keith he was waiting for everyone to get into the ring, he knows what he’s doing.
KK: Yeah, we will see exactly what kind of ref he is wont we?
TB: Maxem sits back in his chair, and all the men seem to be fighting away from him, Sett is back on his feet fighting Diamond who is still in the same position from when he hit his balls on the turnbuckle. Sett in throwing rights and lefts at Diamonds face until he stops motioning to the crowd that his hands are sore. Diamond then falls off the top turnbuckle landing on his shoulder, Sett begins kicking him until he is bumped but TPO, who was thrown off the ropes. Sett is pushed out of the way by this and in rage begins to beat on TPO. TPO falls to the mat before making it back to Craven who tossed him there in the first place. Sett begins punching him in the face pouncing on him like a lion. Fudge, and Ninja are fighting next to where Sett is beating on TPO. Fudge and Ninja lock up and Ninja sends Fudge hurdling through the air, by picking him up and chokeslamming him back to the mat. Ninja picks him back up and moves away from the rest of the action and in the area of where Maxem is sitting down. Ninja leaves Fudge dazed and walks over to Maxem throwing him off his chair, and then taking it. Ninja walks over to Fudge as to hit him with the chair, but before he can connect Maxem snatches the chair from behind and waves his index finger. Ryan takes it from Ninja and Ninja turns around only to receive the very chairshot he was about to give to Fudge. Ryan tells Ninja that the chair will be used for reffing and for that only and unfolds it and walks into a different corner and sits back down. Fudge begins kicking the unconscious Ninja, until Craven hits Fudge in the back of the head. Fudge doesn’t even move and he looks back at Craven who was previously fighting TPO.
KK: Fudge and Craven begin to duke it out, leaving Ninja on the ground holding his head. Ninja rolls out of the ring, and staggers, watching the fight for a bit, but then decides to walk over to where Diamond, Sett, and TPO and join that brawl. Ninja rolls into the ring still holding his head, and jumps in the three man battle to fight TPO. TPO is being handled by three different men, until Michael and Sett realize they are working as a team and once again attack one another. TPO, and Ninja then start to brawl next to Sett, and Michael.
TB: Well there is something we have been seeing this whole match Sett vs. Michael Diamond, and TPO is still getting his ass kicked like usual. Lets see if he can turn things around with Ninja.
KK: Ninja and TPO lock up and TPO blocks a suplex, and goes for one of his own hitting it hard right smack dab in the middle of the ring. TPO runs out of the ring, and grabs a bat from underneath. He slides back in and begins beating Ninja with a baseball bat. Maxem gets out of his chair once again, and walks over to Hartman taking his baseball bat. Maxem takes it with force once again using that index finger to say no, but this time catches a right hook. Ryan isn’t happy and swings the bat at TPO connecting with his upper right shoulder, and the side of his neck. TPO falls to the ground next to Ninja who is about to get up and Maxem once again swings only think time clubbing out Ninjas knees. Ninja stays on the ground and Maxem walks calmly back over to his corner, and continues his "superb" reffing job.
TB: See he’s a great ref, he doesn’t let people use weapons.
KK: This is a Xtreme Title match for christ sakes.
TB: Only partly, besides how is he to know what belt they are fighting for jeeze. Use your head, Maxem just wants a fair win like Sett said.
KK: Sett, and Diamond who are still fighting are both on the ground. Instant replay shows a huge double clothesline by both men, and thats why they are on the ground. The camera refocuses onto Fudge, and Craven. Craven has Fudge down, and he has him in a figure four leg lock. Fudge is screaming for dear life, and Craven locks the hold on harder. Maxem once again getting out of his seat walks calmly over to Craven cracking the baseball bat over his skull. Craven is out, only this time Anderson comes out with the white powder he used on Maxem two weeks ago. Anderson gets right up to the cage, and puts the powder in his hand yelling Maxems name. Maxem walks down to Anderson and Anderson whips the powder in Maxems eyes. Maxem screams, and falls to the cement. As Anderson runs back up the ramp, Nick Fury, Ryans old tag partner runs down to Anderson with a metal baseball bat. He swings connecting with Andersons gut, and runs back up the ramp.
TB: Well I guess this means Nick Fury is back.
KK: I think he’s been back, he made an appearance last week too.
TB: Maxem is out of the picture for a little while now, and Diamond and Sett have finally separated. Sett is on the ground, and Diamond is making his way to the top of the cage, and trying to make it to the trap door on top. Sett is laying on the ground from a previous brainbuster Diamond hit on him before. On the other side of the ring, Fudge is also trying to get to the top, while TPO, and Ninja fight below him. Unfortunately for Fudge, Ninja and TPO stop fighting, and now try and get him off the side of the cage, but instead of falling Fudge turns his fall into some kind of cross body connecting with Ninja, who is not on the mat. TPO now takes advantage of this moment and tries to climb. On the other side Diamond has made it to the trap door on to, and is now in cage two. He stands alone in cage two alone, and sits in the corner to rest and look below him as his five other opponents fight each other. Diamond is unaware of TPO, and TPO has made it to cage two also. Diamond gets up and him, and TPO begin to fight. They start with lefts are rights, and soon TPO is hitting a huge DDT on Diamond. In cage one Craven and Sett are both worried about climbing but are climbing on the same side, and they look like they are playing the old motorcycle game road rash, as they are both kicking at each other trying to make one another fall to the bottom. Sett is a bit higher then Craven, and Sett kicks at Craven hitting his left hand causing him to fall to the mat. Sett continues to climb and also makes it to cage two. Sett gets in and Diamond, TPO, and Sett are now all fighting in cage two. It’s now a three way brawl in cage one and two, and it seems Maxem has now got up, and into the ring. Fudge, and Ninja duking it out, but Craven tries to do a double clothesline, but it doesn’t really work. Both Fudge, and Ninja begin to double team Craven, and they hit a huge 3-D on him as he was tossed against the ropes. Ninja begins to pick up Craven to begin to lock up, but Fudge begins to climb to cage two. Fudge makes it halfway before being chased up to the top by Ninja. Both ninja, and Fudge are climbing, and Fudge now enters cage two followed by Ninja. Craven gets up from the suplex Ninja hit on him and also begins to climb. Before we know it, all 6 men are now in cage two, only Maxem is nowhere to be seen. None of the men notice, but Maxem is outside climbing on top of cage two. He has a bolt cutters in hand and cuts a hole in the top of cage two. Maxem tosses the bolt cutters down and drops into cage two.
KK: Why is it that Maxem is the only person to climb from the outside of the cage?
TB: Because he is the smartest one in there, not to mention he has nothing to worry about he is the ref.
KK: Inside the cage it is not an organized fight everybody is hitting everybody, and Maxem tries to get it so only certain people fight, but Maxem is shoved, and sometimes mistaken as a wrestler and punched at. Maxem backs off the giant mob, and lets them be.
Trent Brown: Holy crap this match just gets better and better, right Keith?
Keith Kincaid: Sure! This will probably go down in HWA history.
Trent Brown: You can thank Grimjack for that one.
KK: Ew.
TB: It looks like all the wrestlers are on the second cage now. Fudge and Michael Diamond look to be working together on this. They seem to be attacking Hartman, a former fellow FOS member. On the other side of the cage Unknown Ninja and Sett look to be battling out, lefts and rights everywhere. Sett out of no where closelines Unknown Ninja. Sett starts digging his elbow into Unknown Ninja’s forehead. Diamond picks up Hartman, Fudge is holding down Hartman while Diamond is punching Hartman in the mid-section.
Sett attempts to throw Unknown Ninja into the cage but Ninja reverses it and sends Sett flying head first into the steel. Unknown Ninja goes over to Sett but Sett hits Unknown Ninja with a Kendo stick. Ninja drops straight to the ground. Sett wraps the Kendo stick around Ninja’s leg and grabs another Kendo Stick and starts smashing Unknown Ninja’s leg. Sett goes over to climb to the last cage but Unknown Ninja hobbles up and smashes the Kendo Stick right on Sett’s back, making him fall. Unknown Ninja looks over at Fudge and Michael Diamond beating up Hartman. Unknown Ninja drops the Kendo Stick and runs towards Diamond and Fudge, Fudge and Diamond look at each other as Ninja cross body blocks both of them. The camera pans on Hartman who looks bloody and battered, Hartman struggles to get up and finally does. Hartman looks over to his left and eyes a tazor. He stumbles over to it and picks it up. He looks at Sett who is already up but is not faced towards Hartman. Hartman stumbles over to Sett and shocks him with the tazor. Sett jumps around before falling back down. Michael and Fudge get up simultaneously and look at Hartman. They run toward Hartman and double clothesline him sending through the hole in the cage.
KK: Holy crap.
TB: I second that. Hartman just fell through the cage. He bounced his head off the canvas.
KK: Is he dead?
TB: I don’t know. I hope not.
KK: Sure do not want a lawsuit on our hands
TB: Definitely. Oh my god, it looks like Hartman is struggling to get up. Back on the second cage Diamond and Fudge are stomping on Unknown Ninja, another former FOS member.
KK: Every man for themselves.
TB: Yeah. Oh my God. Unknown Ninja just did a double enziguri kick on both Michael Diamond and Fudge. Unknown Ninja picks up Diamond and delivers the Omega 10! Oh my god!
Unknown Ninja grabs a ladder and the bolt cutters and sets it up. He climbs and starts cutting a hole in the top of the second cage. Meanwhile Hartman is climbing back up through the other hole to the second cage. Maxem is trying to help Fudge and Diamond get up and Sett is slowly starting to regain his compose. Ninja cuts the hole big enough and slips through before Sett can grab his leg. Sett climbs through as well and starts fighting Ninja in the third cage. Diamond and Fudge climb through next, followed by Craven and finally a bloody Hartman.
KK:: “All men our in the third cage!”
TB: “This could get ugly!”
(Hartman runs at Sett but Sett sides steps him and Hartman runs into the cage and falls but Craven comes and hits a harsh clothesline on Sett. Fudge and Diamond then punch and double team Unknown Ninja in the corner. Fudge takes him and then hits a DDT. Diamond picks him right up and hits and hits a diamond cutter and covers. Maxem runs over and counts 1... 2..... Hartman kicks Diamond breaking the count. Fudge then picks up Hartman and begins to pound on him Sett then runs at Hartman and he turns around and ducks and hits Fudge right in the face with a big boot.)
KK: “I think I saw some teeth fly!”
(Craven then comes and hits a neck breaker on Sett from behind and both men lay on the ground. Ninja gets up and low blows Diamond while he was picking up. Ninja then hits a piledriver and covers. Maxem goes over to count 1....... 2........ Maxem then grabs his should and Ninja gets up and yells at him and pushes him in the corner. Maxem yells at Ninja pointing that he is the referee and then Sett comes through with a big boot but Ninja ducks and smokes Maxem and Maxem’s falls against the cage. Then Craven runs and Sett throws moves and throws him into Maxem and he falls. Craven looks and then Sett grabs him and throws him against the cage three times and it starts to break.!)
TB: “Sett throwing Craven around like a rag doll.”
KK: “Look Trent, the cage, its starting to break.”
(Ninja looks at Maxem and then grabs the knocked out Maxem and picks him up but Fudge comes and grabs Ninja and delivers rights and lefts and then a spinning wheel kick. When Fudge gets up he is immediately met with a Stunner. Hartman gets up and then turns around and Diamond locks in The Cutting Edge.”
TB: “CUTTING EDGE CUTTING EDGE!”
KK: ”There’s no ref. To look!”
(Hartman tries to move but he can’t. Sett then picks up Craven and grabs him by the throat and throws him against the cage breaking the side and sending him down to the top of the second tear. The crowd chants “holy shit“ and no one has sat down since they heard the bell to begin the match.)
TB: “Craven has just been thrown threw the cage.”
KK :”He’s laying motionless on the top of the second tear. This is solid steel folks. We are not shitting you!”
TB: “OH MY GOD! Sett is coming down after Craven.”
KK: “Look above. HARTMAN IS TAPPING! HARTMAN IS TAPPING!”
(The camera changes to capture all the action and sees Hartman tapping up Maxem is out cold and then Diamond rears back and puts more pressure on Hartman then stops tapping and stop moving all together.)
TB: “Diamond hasn’t let go for about 3 minutes. I think Hartman has passed out!”
KK: “You’re right.”
(Sett then looks over as Craven turns over and then Sett picks up Craven and holds him up for about ten seconds then slams him down with a chock slam. Craven and the cage bounce. All of sudden Sett grins and looks down at TB, KK and the spanish announce table. The crowd then cheers.)
TB: “No, please Sett, don’t do it, you’ll kill him!”
KK: “He can’t, can he?”
(Sett then picks up the motionless Craven and delivers a huge power bomb on the second tear! Craven crashes through the Spanish announce table. The crowd is dead silent, then chant “Holy shit!”)
TB: “HE KILLED HIM HE FUCKING KILLED HIM!”
KK: “Get help! Someone come out!”
(Sett looks down and Diamond lets go of the passed out Hartman. And also looks at Diamond. Fudge and Ninja gets up and Fudge stumbles then hits a super kick on Ninja landing on Maxem. Fudge then goes to the opening in the cage and Sett turns around and Fudge jumps off with a Cross Body Block. They both fall hard on the steel and Diamond looks down at Sett and Fudge. Diamond then looks to the side and sees EMTs helping Craven putting him on a straight board, a neck collar and then carting him out of the arena. Diamond then looks back at Sett and Fudge still lying there. Fudge rolls over and then Diamond gets the sign and then jumps off with The Prism but at the last Sett rolls near the cage and a hole breaks in the cage as Diamond hits and falls threw the second tear to the mat of the ring below! The crowd is silent but soon chants “holy shit” once again.)
TB: “GET MORE MEDICS!”
(Diamond then rolls over on to his stomach. and Sett goes back up into the third tear. Fudge then starts to get up. Maxem looks up and awakes and throws Ninja off him. Maxem then yells at Ninja. Ninja turns around and then the referee Ryan Maxem then hits Technical Difficulties. Maxem looks at Ninja then straightens out his shirt. Sett then comes in and picks up the out cold Ninja and choke slams him. Sett then leans up against the cage and Fudge comes in the third tear. Fudge picks up a ladder and sets it up and finds the wire cutters. This time it’s up to him to find a way out. He climbs the ladder and starts to cut away. Meanwhile Diamond is starting to get up down at the bottom and he finds a Singapore cane lying around that no one’s using and he picks it up. Hartman and Ninja start to get up but Sett walks over to each and kicks them in the ribs. Fudge climbs onto the top of the third cage and Sett decides he has no more time to rest and he starts to climb up too. He gets to the top and starts fighting Fudge, his archenemy at the top of the three cages. Fudge almost seems reluctant to lock up.) Hartman slowly gets up and crawls up the ladder, as Maxem watches. Diamond gets to the third cage again holding his cane and sees that Unknown Ninja is starting to get up. He runs and swings but Ninja ducks and the cane hits the cage getting stuck in the links. Ninja downward kicks it snapping it in half, then punches Diamond square in the face. Then he runs up the ladder with quick reflexes and gets into the top of the third cage. Maxem helps Diamond up and tells him to get up the ladder because everyone else is up there. Maxem bends down and picks up a nightstick he has found and follows everyone up the ladder.
TB: All five men are now battling on the top of the third cage! How can this be happening! Why did Grimjack agree to let this happen? There has to be law against this! They’re at least a hundred feet in the air! Who knows if Jason Craven is all right? This is terrible.
KK: Trent you’re crazy, this is great! Grimjack is a genius! This is by far the greatest match I’ve seen.
Sett is battling with Diamond and Fudge, Hartman and Ninja are going at it while Maxem stands in the middle watching. He’s holding a nightstick. He walks up behind Hartman and smacks him across the head with it. Diamond and Fudge pick up Hartman and prepare to throw him off the top of the rope. Ninja, seeing this and realizing that the Militia is starting to take over, runs over to save Hartman. He does a low sweep taking both Diamond and Fudge down. Hartman falls over the top but grabs onto the side. Sett steps on his fingers and Hartman yells in pain. Ninja jumps up onto Sett’s back and applies a sleeper hold on the big man. Hartman pulls himself back in and gives Sett a low blow. He falls over with Ninja still on his back. Meanwhile Diamond and Fudge are sneaking over to the ladder and they set it up. The other three guys don’t notice this and Maxem is encouraging his Militia mates to climb up and grab a belt or two. The two men can’t decide who should go up first, because you have to set the ladder under a certain belt to be able to reach it and right now it’s under the International title. Diamond tells Fudge he can go and get it since he’s had it forever.
KK: What a friend!
TB: They are good friends, Diamond must really believe he can trust Fudge!
Fudge climbs to the top of the ladder and reaches for the International title. Ninja gets up and sees this and runs over, Maxem tries to stop him but Ninja rolls past him with more quickness than Maxem’s injured ankle can give him. Ninja quickly runs up the other side of the ladder and jump kicks Fudge in the head. Fudge falls backwards and lands on the cage causing it to shudder and shake, making everyone on it nervous that it would collapse but it holds firm. Ninja, now at the top of the ladder, decides to reach up for his International title. Diamond climbs up to stop him. He starts punching Ninja.
TB: These old friends turned enemies are battling over the International title once again! It just never gets old watching these guys go at it.
KK: I’m gonna have to agree, we’re watching the best of the best up there right now.
TB: Look at these guys! I can’t believe this! After all the brutality to take place thus far in this match and they’re still going at it with all they’ve got! They just don’t know how to give less than 100%!
Sett has shrugged off the low blow and is beating the hell out of Hartman and choking him. He grabs a steel chair and smacks him across the head hard with it. The crowd cheers as the big man gets up and sees what’s transpiring at the top of the ladder. He walks over with out much worry and uses his great height to smack Ninja in the back with the chair, knocking him off. Then he walks over to the other side and threatens to smack Diamond with it as well but Diamond jumps off the ladder rather than take a chair shot from that big man. Sett looks around and sees the coast is clear. He looks at Diamond as if to warn him not to try anything funny, and tosses the chair to the ground before climbing the ladder. Sett is using the crowds cheering to his advantage as he slowly unravels the belt and pulls it down. The War Memorial erupts in cheers as the first winner of a belt is crowned.
TB: He did it! Sett retrieved the International title! The second most prestigious belt in HWA history! A belt held by the likes of Grimjack, Zack Tyler and Michael Diamond! This is great!
KK: Why didn’t Diamond stop him?
TB: I don’t know. Maybe he is tired.
Sett climbs down from the ladder with his newly won belt held high. He is posing with it but he doesn’t see Ninja come flying out of nowhere with a flying heel kick that hits the belt into Sett’s face, knocking him over. Diamond runs over and dropkicks Ninja. He jumps on Ninja and starts pulling his head back in a Crippler Crossface type move.
KK: No! Not the Cutting Edge!
But as Diamond has Ninja in the Cutting Edge, Ninja sees Maxem’s nightstick lying there and grabs it and hits Diamond over the head with it, causing blood splattering everywhere. Meanwhile Hartman is up and he is climbing the ladder and reaching for the tag team titles. Fudge is up and he sees this and he runs over and pushes the ladder over!
TB: Oh god no! That ladder is going to fall over and over the edge! Hartman will die!
The ladder is teetering precariously back and forth. Ninja gets up and sees this, he runs over to try and steady the ladder. Ninja uses all his might to keep the ladder from falling but it’s not enough. The ladder falls over and lies with half it’s length in mid air and the other half on the cage being held by Ninja, who’s straining with all his might and using his ninja training to stay focused. Hartman holds on for dear life by his fingertips in midair directly above four stacked up tables. Diamond walks up and looks at Ninja with sympathy in his eyes, knowing that Ninja’s only trying to save Hartman’s life. He reaches down and grabs the ladder to, offering to help Ninja pull it and Hartman back in.
TB: Diamond with a great display of character, realizing that title belts don’t come before a human life.
The crowd starts to boo, they wanted to see Hartman go through those tables.
TB: What is wrong with this blood thirsty crowd? Haven’t they seen enough tonight already?
KK: Enough is never enough for the American people Trent.
Ninja and Diamond help Hartman back onto the cage and sit and rest. Suddenly Sett comes over and grabs Hartman by the neck. He picks him up and chokleslams him right off the cage through four tables!
TB: BY ALL THAT IS SACRED! SETT JUST CHOKESLAMMED HARTMAN OFF OF THE TOP OF THE THIRD CAGE. STRAIGHT THROUGH FOUR TABLES!!!
KK: My god . . .
The crowd is going insane as Hartman fell 100 feet and through four hard tables breaking them all. He lays motionless. Diamond stands up and starts arguing with Sett, telling him he shouldn’t have done that and it was unnecessary. As they’re arguing Ninja gets up and approaches them, but they see him and give him a double clothesline. Meanwhile Fudge has picked up the ladder and set it up under the tag titles. While no one is watching he climbs up and grabs them.
KK: Fudge just grabbed the tag titles! What the hell? Why wasn’t anyone watching him? Don’t they know he’s fast? That was too easy.
TB: Everyone was bothering with Hartman, Fudge just used it to his advantage. They all forgot about him.
The crowd is cheering as Fudge unraveled both belts and held them high. Diamond, Sett and Ninja turned around to see Fudge holding the belts. Fudge nods at Diamond as if to say “I got them back for us”. Ninja pushes his way past Sett and Diamond and runs at Fudge and executes a flying jumpkick that sends Fudge and the belts careering off the cage. Fudge flies through four tables himself!
TB: My God right when we thought we could stop holding our breath another man falls off the cage! Just as soon as Fudge had grabbed those damn belts Unknown Ninja made him pay.
The crowd is going nuts, although they love Fudge witnessing someone else fly through the tables is exhilarating.
KK: What will happen next???
Now the only one’s left on the cage are Diamond, Sett and Ninja, with Maxem the ref watching things. Diamond rushes Ninja in anger that his friend was knocked off the cage. Meanwhile the EMTS had just started checking Hartman for signs of life and now they had to split up precious resources to check Fudge as well. Diamond and Ninja are locked up and trying to leg sweep each other but they both have great balance so they’re negating each other’s moves. Sett grabs the ladder and sets it up under the last remaining title, the X-treme title. Sett starts to climb the ladder. Ninja finally takes Diamond down and does a cartwheel to the side picking up the nightstick at the same time. Diamond gets up quickly but is met with a nightstick to the head. Then, using his catlike reflexes, Ninja runs up the ladder, catches Sett’s head in his legs, executes a hurricuranna off the ladder!
TB: What a great move by Unknown Ninja!
KK: That was pure improv Trent. I mean, how often do you get to practice a move like that?
Sett and Ninja fall crashing down onto the cage and once again it shakes as if it’s going to collapse but it holds firm. The move took a lot out of Ninja but he manages to get up. He realizes that everyone but him is down so he starts to climb the ladder for the X-treme title. Maxem runs over and tries to grab Ninja’s foot but Ninja gives him and enziguri off the ladder!
TB: Oh my god another great improv move by the Unknown Ninja! Where does he get these moves off the ladder?
KK: I’m starting to think maybe he has been practicing these moves.
Now Ninja gets up and this time everyone is down except for him. He steadily climbs the ladder and as the crowd boos, he is able to grab the X-treme title.
TB: He did it! That’s it! That’s the last title!
KK: Yeah but aren’t you forgetting something?
Ninja hops down from the ladder, and realizing that the X-treme title has 24-7 rules in this match, straps it around his waist. Sett, Diamond and Maxem slowly get up. All four men look at each other, unsure of what to do next. Suddenly Erin Wallace is seen at her podium and speaking into a mic.
Erin: Ladies and Gentlemen! All of the belts have been one! But the winner of the Three Steps to Heaven has not been crowned yet! The match now goes into single elimination among the survivors, and the winner gets a shot at the World champion at next month’s pay per view!
The bell rings again and the men on the cage look at each other with determination in their eyes.
TB: So this is last man standing at this point. Whoever’s left awake gets a shot at the world title at the pay per view. Maxem has to be interested in this since he’s the World champion, well he doesn’t have the belt right now but he won it earlier tonight.
The three men watch each other warily, Diamond gives Sett a signal and they rush and start double teaming Ninja. They beat him down with hard punches to the head. He tries to escape but Diamond holds him down. He gets him in the Cutting Edge again as Sett kicks him in the face. Maxem starts to hold his arm up to see if Ninja is still awake.
TB: This is too bad, Ninja fought bravely but these two guys are too much.
KK: Why are Sett and Diamond working together like this though?
TB: Remember last week on Survival? Diamond and Sett have respect for each other.
Maxem lifts Ninjas arm up once, it falls. Again . . . it falls . . . once more and it stays up! Ninja’s arm starts shaking as the crowd starts to cheer him on. But Sett walks over nonchalantly with the ladder, winds up, and swings. Diamond sees it coming and gets out of the way as Sett hits Ninja flush in the face with the ladder.
TB: What a devastating impact!
Maxem starts to make the mandatory ten count but it’s clear that Ninja is out for the night. He counts to ten and declares Unknown Ninja eliminated.
KK: He fought admirably all night, I think Unknown Ninja just earned a lot of respect in this business and you cannot call him a rookie any longer.
TB: Unknown Ninja is out cold and technically Sett or Diamond could take the X-treme title off of his waist and keep it but it looks like they will let him keep it out of respect.
Diamond and Sett are not even thinking about the X-treme title as they circle each other, all friendships aside. Sett locks up with Diamond and pushes him down to one knee but Diamond slips out of his grasp, not wanting to get into a war of strength with the big man. Diamond catches the nightstick in his foot and tosses it up to his hand. Sett sees with wide eyes and Diamond looks back at him as if saying “I’m sorry to do this”. Diamond throws the nightstick with all his might at Sett but Sett dodges it matrix style and it flies into the audience. Sett falls down though and Diamond uses the opportunity to run over and slap the Cutting Edge on him. Sett flails his arms around trying to break free but there are no weapons nearby to use and no ropes to cause a ropebreak. He claws at Diamond’s arms but Michael refuses to let go of his friend, realizing a World Title shot is in reach. Sett slowly stops moving. Maxem lifts his arm up once, it falls. Again, it falls. One last time and it stays down. Sett is out cold.
TB: That mean that Diamond has won! This is great!
KK: I have to say that I’m mad that Diamond won, but I have to admit that this was a great match.
TB: Yeah it was action packed all through out, and especially at the end where things got crazy. But I don’t know if it was worth it. We still haven’t gotten word on whether Craven, Hartman or Fudge are ok.
Maxem helps Diamond up and congratulates him.
TB: The current world champion is congratulating his friend and his opponent at the next pay per view.
KK: That’s if Maxem still has the title in a month, a lot can happen between now and then you know. Now they are helping Sett up.
Diamond and Maxem are helping up Sett and they are trying to wake him up, he slowly comes to and they tell him what happened. Diamond apologizes for having to knock him out and Sett says he understands. Suddenly Maxem gets tossed a mic from up in the rafters and speaks:
Maxem: HWA you just witnessed the Militia taking over. We now hold the World and tag team titles . . . oh yeah and we also hold the International title.
Maxem and Diamond turn and embrace Sett as the crowd goes nuts.
KK: Does this mean that Sett is now in the Militia? I knew it!
TB: It sure looks that way.
KK: No wonder he was helping them all night.
Sett gets on the mic.
Sett: You’re damn right I’m in the Militia. The most powerful group in the HWA should have me in it. I look around me and I see guys who hold belts, that’s my kind of crowd.
The crowd is now chanting “SETT SETT SETT!!!” They are just loving Sett with all their hearts. Maxem and Diamond are starting to climb down the side of the cage to check on Fudge and attend to their own injuries but Sett tells them he’s going to stay and enjoy this for a moment, this is his time. Sett picks up his International belt and holds it high as the crowd cheers his name. The “SETT” chants are deafening. Then suddenly someone wearing a hoodie jumps down from the rafters and lands on the cage. No one can see his face. Sett then turns around and sees him. The man is looking down. He then ties the hoodie above his mouth. Only seeing his eyes. He looks up at Sett and walks towards him. Sett gets in a fighting stance. And he looks up at Sett. Standing face to face! He turns around and Sett picks up his belt and the man superkicks him right in his face! The man then takes out a spray can and puts a “C” on Sett’s back. He throws the paint can off the cage and the crowd is silent. Then the man unties his ties and tears off the hoodie and the man is KEVIN CONNER! The crowd erupts in cheers but then pick Sett up and hits a DDT on the belt and the crowd goes quickly to boos. Conner stomps on Sett repeatedly. Then picks him up and hits the Soul Searcher. Conner goes up on top of the ladder and nails One Of A Kind. Conner gets up and Sett is laying there on the cage. Conner gets a microphone and the crowd is in a rage of boos and throwing cups.
Kevin Conner: “I’m BACK!”
The crowd boos loud. Diamond and Maxem are now at the bottom of the cages and look up with hate in their eyes.
Kevin Conner: “See you all didn’t even notice. K, M, C! I gave you all messages and none of this dumb Syracuse crowd knew it! See Bloodlines is more than returns, is more then revenge, it’s a beginning. The Beginning of The One, The Real Life Living Legend, Mr. Prime Time, The Mega-Superstar, The Hardcore Icon Kevin Conner’s new life! New Attitude! See tonight the HWA has been brought into a new Era, a new time period, the HWA is brought under a new ruler, and now there is a new dominance in the ring and he standing right in front of you. See those other lockers I tagged, mean nothing; I really got nothing against them but Sett. You left because you where scared of me, and now you came back at the same time I had to take a break! Now I caught you, and I will catch you again on Survival, see remember our Hour In Hell match, well I was thinking you vs. me in an Hour in Hell PART TWO! See everyone, Conner’s back and better than ever and why you all ask yourself? Simply because THAT’S JUST THE WAY I AM!”
(Conner drops the microphone and still gets trash thrown at him and laughs as a rope drops down from the rafters and he climbs back up and the camera fades to black and ends the show.)
